Pete and Geoff were great at delivering our mattress. Friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Our new sofa’s have just arrived and we are very pleased with them and our delivery guys Dave and Joe were so helpful when they were delivered.

Sabastien and Mike who delivered our furniture were amazing. We thought we would have to take the window out, but no they said, not necessary. It was not, every care taken to install and explain how the furniture would settle. Brilliant job. Thank you both.

Delivered my dining table nd chairs with a phonecall first telling ne a rine they will be thier, put it together carefully and asked where I wanted it and what sides to put bench and chairs ect, very polite and cheerful, great job.

My new sofa came today Sebastian and Mike were totally so professional quick hassle free process

David & Robbie were a very well drilled team very respectful of their surroundings all in all an excellent team service

Absolutely fantastic service from the two lovely gentlemen, Sancho and Kris who delivered my sofa and dining table. They were both so friendly, polite and professional from start to finish.

They took great care when bringing everything into the house and made sure I was happy with exactly how they positioned everything. They even encouraged me to check that nothing had been damaged or marked in the house, which I really appreciated.

They arrived at the house before I did and waited patiently for me without a single complaint. They were so understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

Really lovely guys and a credit to the company. Thank you both so much for making the delivery such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Matt and Anton were great and delivered our mattress quickly and directly upstairs to the required room, also unpacking it. They were very friendly and professional!

Just had my furniture delivered by Kris and sancho was there names,fantastic service they, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service, they were very attentive to delivery great service, they are great ambassadors to furniture village brand.

The communication was really good with delivery days and time
One issue was when order we explain that the delivery drivers would need to reverse up the lane but this didn't get shared with them
Anton and Matt where great very friendly put the furniture together and cleaned up behind them

The whole experience was faultless, from the first contact with our salesman James Welsh, who was very attentive, listened and advised, to the delivery completed by Rob & David, who were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. I really can’t recommend enough, this would absolutely by my first port of call for any future needs. The sofa is great too 😀
