We had excellent customer service from sales consultant Michael Carling at your Poole branch. He was polite,helpful,not at all pushy and extremely knowledgeable, and helped us on our decision to order a new sofa.

We ordered a mattress in store that came with free pillows, placing the order was quick but getting the store assistant to agree that the price match should apply even with the pillow offer took a bit of persuading. It turned out it was already price matched but the price label hadn’t been changed.
Delivery was quick, we’re in the process of changing the mattress under the 60 day sleep guarantee with the help of Billy in customer service who was very helpful.
Overall ordering, delivery and customer support has all been good. Hopeful the next mattress is the one.

I love the shop but the only thing i dont like is that they are on you as soon as you step into the shop.They should leave you alone untill you are ready to talk to them.

Pleasant hardworking delivery and removal men. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL you do not provide them with vehicles that have air conditioning. I doubt anyone else would do the job they have to do with no air conditioning

Everything was smooth from start to finish , sales and delivery all helpfull and polite, also very pleased with out products

Michael was a very great sales assistant knocked off discount for me by helping with my flat and helping with beds, sofas and all sorts of furniture very nice guy I would recommend him to any body who is buying first flat and to come to furniture village in Poole to purchase the furniture. When I went to buy a new bed today, Dan was so helpful, in every way, I tried out a few beds, and after explaining just what I wanted, Dan was the man who helped me... a great and happy experience, so I now have a beautiful new bed, coming very soon..so excited.
I would assure everyone who visits Furniture Village, they will have a very happy and exciting time.

Rob and Joe were very professional.
On arrival they surveyed to where the dining furniture was going. They engaged with us fully and gave us suggestions for the best place to put the table and sideboard!
It was nice that they were respectful of our home👍 we could not fault them at all, excellent service!

Leo was fantastic with helping us choose two sofa's and new table and chairs today. After visiting two other furniture shops we decided to get it all from fv. All stock is good quality. Cant wait for it all to arrive soon. Would buy again from them.

There is a good range of products at competitive prices.
And more importantly the salesman wasn't pushy - left us to make our decision in our own time and space!

We had 2 leather sofas but one had a tear so we looked online for a replacement. Furniture Village was our "go to" place. (Past experience with excellent sales staff, delivery and product.)Andy, the salesman, was helpful. The one I'd seen online wasn't available but he showed one just as good and with an inshore discount it was cheaper, and it was in stock - so we bought 2, replacing both our sofas. Andy was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but remained professional. Delivery came just 4 days later. Rob and Joe delivered and assembled the new sofas. Again they were so friendly and helpful and very efficient.
The staff at Furniture Village Poole are a credit to the company. We recognised staff from previous visits.
