Excellent service.

Leo was very helpful, friendly and approachable

There was plenty of choice at the store and the salesman was very knowledgeable without being pushy. Furniture Village is our favourite store for Furniture needs, we have used the store a lot over the years. Quality is good, staff is helpful and knowledgeable, there is a good range of prices and after sales service is excellent as well.

Sharon gave the absolute best customer service when we came in to buy a new mattress. She was very helpful , friendly smily and we were very happy with the cookies and hot chocolate!

As a regular customer I would not go anywhere else the furniture is excellent quality! The delivery men are most helpful and put dust sheets down before bringing in the furniture! Excellent service all round well done furniture village

It would have been great if we had the opportunity to agree a delivery date for our item at the time of ordering. Currently, we have paid for our item with no news on when we may expect it.
Staff, as ever, are excellent and very helpful in all regards. However, they are not able to help with information regarding the delivery service. Shame.

We purchased the two expensive Hypnos mattresses which were delivered April 2025. One is firm and the other is medium.
I regularly followed the turning and spinning instructions. We do not have children or pets.
We are not satisfied with the resultant comfort levels and submitted a complain by email in March this year after calling their Poole branch. I have heard absolutely nothing from them.

The sales colleague Andy wa very helpful. He showed us the various options available for leather recliner suites. We did not feel rushed and upon deciding on our purchase he made the various options easy to understand including delivery and disposal of our old suites

Within this retail park are 3 furniture stores and rightly we visited each looking for a new sofa. However, prior to arriving Furniture Village was not on our list to find our new sofa. Yet, the quality is better than the others, the sales approach is better (no hounding, or being chased around the sofa without chance to browse alone). As picky shoppers who don’t make rash sections…..I was not expecting any purchase today…..but I did. Sharon, was amazing and available to help with any question we needed, then disappeared until we needed her again (perfect experience for us). I told you were great face to face, but thank you again in writing. You supported us amazingly in our purchase.

We had a brilliant day today at Furniture Village and our Sales Consultant Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely shop here again. Many thanks for an excellent service.

FV always have great products prices are generally fair but could always be better Leo Tsapalos was teh sales consultatnt at Poole & his help over our two visits was excellent great service & a nice way with customer not pushy.
Delivery & putting table togther cost was higher than expected & a bit of a shock when completing the order
