Fiona at furniture village Peterborough was amazing. No pressure sales but came away with everything I was considering (and had quite particular specifications). She was so personable and honest it really was refreshing. Part of my order has already been delivered (less than a week after ordering). I would really recommend this store and Fiona in particular

So far so good. No pushy sales. We had visited twice over two days. We just wanted to make sure. Received honest advice on expectations of warranty and insurance. Enjoyable buying experience.

Annie introduced herself to us as we looked at the sofas. She wasn't pushy but offered to help us if we needed it. My wife is in a wheelchair so I asked her about sofa beds and she took us to see them.She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose a sofa bed that suited our needs.We found the experience enjoyable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only minus thing was wheelchair access into and out of the store as the doors were not automated,however we managed ok.

Annie was really helpful, her knowledge and guidance was second to none

Adrian the gentleman that helped me through my bed journey . He made it so easy to choose the design of bed and colour. The whole process from me walking in to the store and walking out was amazing . I would recommend furniture village to anyone . The quality style colours and the customer service was brilliant. Not forgetting the manager who very kindly gave me a £99 voucher as a good will gesture . Thank you so much for making it a walk in the park !!! I will be back soon!

We had some fantastic help from Graham whilst we were choosing a new bed and headboard. We were unsure of sizes but Graham was a big help with our final choice.

Customer service after purchase is terrible. Our sofa was heavily delayed last year, received both sofas at different times. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a rug in March, all I keep receiving is emails to state delayed delayed delayed.. no explanation why. 4 months for a rug??

This was the second time we purchased our home furniture from here we found it is a great place to shop with the lovely showroom and very helpful and not pushy salespeople

Really wanted to leave this review regarding the great experience I had yesterday at The furniture warehouse, Peterborough.
The fabulous Fiona in Sales made the experience very pleasurable as she expertly assisted my wife and I through what was initially the purchase of a new mattress.
Her product knowledge and understanding of our requirements were excellent.
She was able to negotiate a small discount in the price.
We were so impressed we ended up buying 2 sofas, a rug a d 2 lights. Our house will be renewed , and this special feeling is down to the amazing Fiona.

We wanted a new bed and we were anxious about the restricted access in our cottage. Mr G Roberts gave us excellent advice and information. He was quietly professional ; no pushy sales talk!
We are now looking forward to taking delivery of our bed.

Lots of lovely furniture to choose from, the sales manager Aaron, and staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.
We was shown around and took measurements, returned to the store in Peterborough, placed an order with Annie who was marvellous. Can't wait for my new sofa to arrive. Thank you all

My wife and I visited the Maskew Ave store a couple of times before deciding on buying a sofa. We were helped by two sales persons who were both very attentive and helped us make up our minds about what would meet our exacting requirements. We were not pressured in any way towards any specific product. We were listened to and only shown what was appropriate to our needs. Thank Annie very much on our behalf.

Naj who was the advisor for whom answered my call . Was very courteous and professional . Arranged for a technician to repair the defective recliner on the sofa .

The staff were very friendly and very helpful couldn't do enough for us,
We explained wat we wanted and they gave options and we then ordered a corner suit from them, we had a far better experience with the Peterborough store than we did with the Lincoln store the sales assistant mat was fantastic and I think the manager arron was absolutely brilliant, and we promised that we would use the Peterborough store in future rather than any other furniture Village store and would defiantly recommend that store to friends and family in the future thank you Peterborough for your help

Only went to view sofas, we ended up spending nearly 2 hours in there; we was given a drink and freshly baked cookie. We was looked after by Matt then Aaron both were extremely friendly, they made us feel very welcomed, we didn't feel rushed and Aaron was able to accommodate my move date. We have a lovely afternoon lots of laughs and a sofa was purchased.
