Matt was very helpful and gave us great advice on the table and chairs we were looking at. He gave us different ideas on the chair options available and moved all furniture around, nothing was too much trouble.
He did not pressure us at all, we were left to consider all the options available and when we decided to go ahead with the purchase he explained everything. He clearly explained the delivery charges and the guarantees we could purchase. We were offered a great deal and cannot thank Matt enough for his great service, would certainly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.

Visited the Peterborough furniture village and was greeted by Haylee who was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help, was very patient with mine and my partners indecisiveness and also offered other options to consider, would thoroughly recommend the store and Haylee is a credit to it

We originally bought a rug from Haylee and were so happy with the experience that when we decided we needed another one, we went straight back to her.

One of the things we really appreciated was being able to actually see and feel the rugs in person before buying. It made such a difference being able to look at the quality properly rather than just ordering online and hoping for the best.

Haylee was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped us understand what to look for in a rug that would actually stand up to everyday family life and last, rather than simply choosing something because it looked nice. She listened to what we needed, answered all our questions and gave us honest advice without ever being pushy.

We’re really pleased with the rugs we’ve chosen and once again Haylee made the whole experience so easy. Her knowledge and genuine customer service really stand out. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her again!

Haylee was brilliant from start to finish. She was really knowledgeable but, more importantly, she actually listened to what we wanted and what would work for us. She didn’t try to push us towards something just because it was more expensive or what she thought we should have. She understood what we were looking for, made helpful suggestions and patiently answered all of our questions.

Outstanding customer service from Kwok Lee

We visited Furniture Village today to look for a new sofa and were really impressed with the service we received from Kwok Lee.

From the moment we arrived, Kwok was friendly, polite and incredibly patient. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a sofa that was the perfect size and design for our room. It was clear that he really knows his stuff, but more importantly, he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our choice.

There was absolutely no pressure, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. He also went above and beyond to look after us with some discounts, which we really appreciated.

Honestly, the service from Kwok was so good that we couldn't walk away without ordering the sofa!

Please make sure Kwok Lee gets the recognition he deserves. He is a real credit to Furniture Village and is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.

I ordered a G plan 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs in stingray charcoal and was given a spare swatch of the material. The furniture that was delivered is light blue and nothing like the grey colour of the swatch. I immediately contacted furniture village customer services to complain. They said they would contact G plan and get back to me in 3 days but didn’t. I rang again and they said someone would call the next day. The day after a manager called to say G plan say it’s the correct material and ime holding the swatch UPSIDE down and there is nothing they can do. This is total nonsense as the colour is completely different at every angle and every type of light. I have raised a formal complaint and will be taking legal action if necessary.

Excellent customer service. Good range of products at reasonable prices. Our salesman, Kwok Lee, was informative and helpful.

The sales lady Fiona, was very approachable knowledgeable & chatty. She made the whole buying experience enjoyable & will definitely visit again should the occasion arise.

We were looking for a new two seat sofa and chair. The colour we wanted was not popular now but Adrian managed to show us all our options. The service was very good and purchasing was made easy by the experience of tour staff. I bought from here many many years ago so thought I would give you a try. Thoroughly recommended and the coffee is good as well.
