Very satisfied with the order experience

Sherrie who took the order was very clear, concise and knowledgeable on the product and available offers. She took down all the details first time without the need to clarify anything. It was a very stress free experience!

Really easy to order online

Really easy to order online, would normally order through shop but found a 15% off code for bank holiday which made a big difference on an expensive purchase. Slightly disappointed that there is a delivery cost but that was easily covered by the discount.

OMG KATIE IS AMAZING!

OMG! Katie was amazing! My wife has been getting a painful neck. She gave some great advice and we settled on the TEMPUR pillow. I checked online and also couldn’t find it cheaper elsewhere. Katie thank you. Darryl & Claire. Your favourite customers ever!

Everything perfect , from placing the order to keeping me informed on delivery & then WOW what a beautiful rug , soft & velvety , beautiful colour , excellent quality at a very reasonable able price .
