I bought a double bed topper a gel one paid £400 pounds for it unusualable as there huge ridges of gel contacted them several times have not heard anything back from you. I have been to my local shop to show them photos a very unhappy customer

Whilst we had a number of issues with our order , part delivered and part not , we cannot fault the delivery team and a special thank you to jodi for there help in getting our issue resolved .

Placed order 2nd September paid for and have to wait till the 2nd of october unexcepterble as the order date was for the 23rd september ,not happy at all and delivery is also paid for 👎
Morning ,my goods arrived this morning 10:35 , when tracking it said delayed , all good came a week early so thank you thums up 👍for furniture village. Thank you for the reply no acction needed .

I had a query with an order I had made on behalf of my father. China from the Customer Services Team contacting me incredibly quickly and resolved my problem immediately.

Had a few things delivered over the years by Ben and Adam from furniture Village and they are a credit to the team, always helpful and professional.

Had several items bought from f.v..gutted carcroft closing down dur to retirement.

Bought settee, armchair, TV cabinet, sideboard. Nest tables. Folding table & 2 chairs few years. Just bought a bed waiting for that to be delivered. Love their furniture good quality

Sent wrong item. Ongoing nightmare trying to get the correct item delivered. Customer service has been rubbish.

The fact you've granted delivery before xmas. I cannot imagine if you don't live up to that promise...

This is a mixed review. The ordering and purchase online was easy. When the bed arrived however, it was the wrong colour and also we realized the headboard was too big for the room. The delivery guy told us to contact the company. We attempted to use the online chat, which was unavailable for many days. We emailed on the online form and did not get a reply. We telephoned and had to wait in long queues each time. We had not read the returns policy which outrageously charges 25% of the value of the item. We were told we could swap it for another item, so we agreed that, but it was going to cost us an additional £200 for the privilege. After 3 phone calls a lady told us we could return the item ourselves and get a full refund. We arranged this and got a man with a van to take it for us, obviously at a cost but less than the 25% charged by Furniture village. The van man was not given any receipt as proof of return, and we were not sent any confirmation of this return, which concerned us. We then went around the loop of no online chat, no response to the online email etc. We copied the CEO into our concerns about the lack of email/paper trail, being out of pocket and no bed either. This was then dealt with very promptly and we received a full refund, again very swiftly. This review is about the online ordering and return system only. The quality of the bed was good, just not what we expected. The staff we talked to were professional and very helpful. We cannot remember all their names with the exception of Danielle. Lessons learned, read the returns policy, and preferably do an in shop order, which sadly is increasingly more difficult. The system at furniture village is failing its customers, with helpful staff having to work with these parameters.

I was able to navigate through the products to find the one that met our requirements and taste. This was a massive spend that we think will give us pleasure. Thank you

I have have had a terrible week with my wife passing away. This was compounded by my bed delivery being interrupted by issues with access. I spoke to Terri and Sherrie with the hope of sorting this out. These two incredibly kind and thoughtful people made the issue disappear with no stress to myself. This is so unusual in today’s world and I must say I was so please and relieved by the outcome made possible by Sherrie and Terri. Great people and an absolute credit to Furniture Village if this is the standard of all your staff.
