Ash was very pleasant and very helpful helpful us choose our sofa and sorted everything out for us.

Mohsin from Furniture Village Leicester Fosse Park South came and introduced himself to us he asked us what we was interested in and looking for. When we said we were looking for a cupboard he took us upstairs to show us the different ranges of cupboards that were available. He explained everything about the cupboard and the colours which the cupboard was available on. He took his time and explained everything fully and gave us time to think about whether we wanted to go ahead. He also offered us cookies and any hot drinks while we were thinking about our decision. His professionalism and knowledge were exceptional. We would definitely recommend him as one of the best customer service staff members to approach if you have any items to buy as you will not be disappointed.
