The customer service received was friendly and welcoming as we took our time looking around the furniture shop. We were even offered a cup of tea which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a number of purchases we required on the day. We were greeted by Faisal, Sales Consultant at Fosse Park South, Leicester. Faisal ensured to provide a helpful answer to each query we raised. He gave us space to look freely without hassle but kept nearby so that when we had further question's he wasn’t too far away for us to approach him. This made us feel satisfied and we wanted to stay and buy more than we anticipated, which we did! As the shop was due to close we needed to leave and return. He advised the time the shop would close but gave us the option to return so that we could finish our shopping which was a big thumbs up for us!

Faisal worked with curtesy, professionalism and ease, not trying to push a sale just giving advice when needed, he was easy to warm to.
Faisal is an asset to Furniture Village, he maintains an excellent standard of customer service, I’m sure we will return in the future.

We had a great experience whilst shopping for a new dining table and chairs. Shak was very helpful and friendly from beginning to end. He listened to our description of what we were looking for and showed us a few different options before we settled on the one we wanted. He was also able to answer all our enquiries about the table, chairs and the delivery.

I had a great experience at Furniture Village in Leicester Fosse Park. We were helped by Paddy, who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He took the time to show us the different sofas and explained everything clearly, answering all our questions and giving us all the information we needed.

What I really appreciated was that he was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decision, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Paddy understood our needs and showed us furniture which met our requirements. Was helpful but not ‘pushy’ and clearly explained everything.

Rick was really good and provided great customer service and really approachable and provided space when needed to decide and made the decision really easy and simple. Was really knowledgeable and helpful

Ash did an excellent job explaining to us about the mattresses and explained the Finance procedure in an easy way. We can’t wait for our new bed to arrive xx

Great selection of furniture and good customer service. Friendly staff and no pushy sales. Would definitely recommend and use again.

LOOKING FOR NEW SOFAS

I found Patrick Mulholland the Sales Consultant extremely helpful, explained very clearly, and answered all of my queries with no hesitation. I feel the Customer service I received so far has been excellent. My delivery is not due until October. Looking forward to that. I will be happy to leave another review to follow my experience from start to finish.

Bought sofa & clock promised lead time of 12 weeks but the product & The clock came after 19 weeks !!!
Soon as I opened the clock it was broken, it took another three weeks to get a refund after making 8 calls to them
Can’t believe how bad there customer service section , keep on apologising but no goodwill gesture !! Avoid buying
