All round good experience.
Sales Consultant Craig St Claire was knowledgeable about the products, giving helpful advice and giving us time to consider what we wanted.
Would recommend the Ipswich Branch....and Craig.

I phoned and spoke to a very helpful lovely girl called Paige P today. She was very polite and put a solution to my problems with my Sofa’s very promptly. I felt very comfortable speaking to Paige, she was very professional and knew her job very well. Paige is an asset to Furniture Village.

We went into Ipswich store to collect our clearance sofa. Everyone was really helpful and friendly including on the phone when I enquired. Just a fabulous all round experience and we wouldn't hestitate to recommend them.

The entire process of choosing and buying a new mattress was remarkably easy because of the sales person, Sheikh. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being remotely pushy.

Very good service from Sheikh at the Ipswich store. Explained everything in detail and made the experience an enjoyable one. Never shopped at Furniture Village before but will again.

Our experience purchasing our new sofa was great. Brandon was very helpful and informative.

The not so good experience was our delivery due date.

Spent a lot of money on furniture set - been into customer service for weeks - mattres is NOT the one we tried in the shop. The wardrobes and bedside units now don’t fit as the fitters left too much space (was fullly measured to fit) but they didn’t care just shoved it up and left bedside units in middle of the room. Which I had to put 1 into place myself - and the second as the wardrobe isn’t closer to wall now won’t fit. Been onto customer service but no results as yet, apart from blaming me for measuring wrong (which is not the case at all as if the fitting would have used the correct spacing it would fit) but of course it’s my fault 🤦‍♀️ experience shoddy, after spending thousands aftercare non existent for us and we won’t be back - just seen a message asking for me to contact them but as above already have and getting nowhere .. so I won’t waste my time, you’ve just lost a potential great spender - that is something you will see more of if this continues too..

We were helped by a delightful man named Keith. We just went in to have a look for a new mattress, but Keith came up and helped us choose our perfect one. We even went away with 2 new pillows as well!! This was a big purchase mattress and Keith made it very simple and very easy :)

Very helpful, especially Rachel. Went out of her way to help us with a problem.

We came into the store a few months ago when our old sofa was almost in need of replacement to have a look around then returned when it finally broke. Rachael recognised us on our return and was extremely helpful. Will definitely return for any future furniture needs.

Huge thanks to Rachel for all her help! She helped us find a perfect clearance display table and got our delivery scheduled quickly. She was so kind and helpful—5 stars all the way!!

Having searched online for dining tables and chairs we had a good idea of what we were looking for. Physically seeing and feeling a product is a must as we ended up buying a very different dining set. We also ended up with a new King size storage divan, headboard and mattress.

The jury is out on the rest of Furniture Village until our overall horrendous experience is resolved.

The phone call we were advised would take place in 2-3 days was received the following day. Mariah was friendly, informative and advised us of how the issue we had would be resolved. Following her call we received a problem solving email which we have yet to try out.

K EITH was exceptionally supportive ,informative ,professional polite and most helpful.
On the basis of this experience i would not hesitate to call upon Furniture village with regards to any future furniture requirements.

Having ordered a new Njord table, bench and new dining chairs for our new home I was thoroughly excited by the purchase experience. Received great service from Keith, but only at purchase point was I informed that there’d be a 15 week wait for my items. Fair enough, I’d like to think that was an indicator of the quality goods were going to receive so I roll with the lead times.
Now starting our 15th week of waiting I’m still hoping for some amazing items, but what’s been really frustrating is the lack of communication back whenever I’ve left a voice mail to check in. Maybe a little impatient of me, but having spent a good amount of money and waiting as well as I could through some large family events where the new features they’d provide would have benefited greatly I’d like to think my ‘customer experience’ would have at the least warranted a voicemail back appeasing a “chase on the items and the warehouse will be in touch as quickly as they can when they items arrive” would have suffice.
My biggest gripe is more that the seat pad for the bench specific to our original purchase, was pondered on for a bit longer and only ordered on the 3rd of Feb and is already in the warehouse and awaiting delivery!!
Respond to me as your voicemail indicates you would and I’d not have left the marred review of the experience thus far. I’ve had more interaction from the warehouse wanting to drop the seat pad on its own than the actual main event.
Everything else has been relatively easy to navigate online to track, and the items in the showroom looked amazing so I’m hopeful this will be worth the ‘wait’ in the end.
