Great customer service a good value

Looking for our first furniture was made easy by the help of Sheik Hussain. He made the whole process very comfortable for us. He gave us all the information that we needed that is easy to understand. It was a very nice experience choosing and deciding what to buy. He gave us good deal as well which is a plus. A good recommendation. Delivery is quick as well.

Wow is all I can say. When we walked into Furniture Village we were approached by a very professional salesman called Chris.
As we were going to be purchasing a number of items. For the bedroom, sitting room and dining room.
It felt like we had a personal room designer, he talked us through each items, explaining what type of mattress would be comfortable for our bodies, advising us to get sliding doors for space saving in our bedroom. Chris was very knowledgeable and very patient. We purchased a number of items, feeling very looked after throughout the whole process. Over all we are very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend Furniture Village for great quality furniture.

Great service by a great sales consultant Rachael in the Ipswich store.
We wanted to order 2 power recliner chairs and had some idea, but Rachael enabled us to look at great alternative that was just what we needed. So happy with the order and cannot wait until we are sitting comfortably in our living room! Thankyou Rachael

The whole experience from start to finish went well. Chris , who was friendly , helpful and efficient. helped us to order the table and chairs we loved. An enjoyable experience and there was no pressure at all.

We were updated with the time of delivery and my sideboard arrived on time. 2 very, polite men delivered it to the correct room, put the handles on and the legs and adjusted the legs so the unit sat straight on my tiled floor. Took all the rubbish away aswell. Highly recommend them, did a great job.

Rachael the sales consultant was 100% there for us. She went through everything with us from colour to fabric. She made our visit and purchase a pleasure.

My sofa was ordered 25 june 2026 and I am still waiting .I have no sofa at all as moved into a new build . I have been into the shop and I am still waiting with no sofa
Biggest problem no one has email or called to update me along the way so after sales is rubbish
Disappointed and just want my new sofa .

We were lucky to be served by Keith Shepherd as he had a wealth of knowledge about the range we selected. Keith explained about the ordering process, manufacture & delivery. Exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend furniture Village!

We had two really nice men delivered our suite

Alan Townsend was our sales assistant, he was extremely helpful, helped us fully explore our options, explained all the t and cs, demonstrated the sofa bed to us, showed us the colour swatches, explained how the Care Plan worked, even the other assistants came over for a chat, and made our experience at Furniture Village a delightful one! Thank you, cannot wait to see our sofa bed!

We would just like to say a big thank you to Rachael at the Ipswich branch for helping us to choose a new settee .chair and footstool. She was very helpful with the items that we wanted and gave us a fantastic service.it was a pleasure to meet her .we will definitely use this store again

We were mattress shopping - a dreaded job! Always overwhelming. But not this time. Our Sales Consultant (Rachael Burrows) encouraged us to try all options to see what suited us, whilst enjoying a Capuccino!

She was so knowledgable and helped us whittle down the selection until we were left with two options to decide between.

She was so patient when we needed to go away to have a think.

Once our decision was made we returned to store and she very efficiently placed our order.
