Went in looking for a new dining table and chairs. The salesman was very polite, helpful and not pushy. Which is always good. Excellent payment scheme available. Everything explained well and not rushed. Furniture delivered in just over a week. Deliverey guys also provided an excellent service. Assembled items with care and tidiness. Highly recommended.

Chris was fantastic throughout the process of assisting us with buying a new bed for my mum. He was welcoming, kind, and took attention to detail when my mum was explaining her health condition and the ideal bed she would like to buy and sleep on. Chris provided expert and sound advice which we took on board. Thank you for your help Chris!

Having used Furniture Village a few times we have always been pleased with the helpfulness and politeness of the sales staff.

Really helpful friendly staff and gorgeous furniture

We had an extremely pleasant experience with Rachael Burrows, she was brilliant and helped us with all our questions about the chairs we wanted to buy, the delivery was good, but 1 of the stools was missing, the sales team at FV were great but the team taking care of customer servie and find our missing stool was abismal, we had to go to the store several times to get them to contact the logistics team to get our missing stool, that was poor.

It is a pity that having such a great servcie at most levels I end up vary with any future purchases from this shop, hopefully this can be improved in the future.

Great experience in the showroom. Keith provided excellent customer service and great expertise. He was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. We had plenty of time to choose the right sofa and dining table, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Very happy with the service we received.

we loved our experience here today we was looking for table and chairs they have some Beautiful ones in store was hard to choose.what i loved was no pressure from the sales guys which i love.The guy who served us left us alone but he was there when we needed some help he was very good he was so helpful.And may i add he was really lovely and helpful happy friendly guy.And he made us both a lovely latte which was so good.
