Purchased a Germain dining table, chairs, sideboard, coffee table and lamp table from the Hull Store. Female sales assistant very knowledgeable and helpful, got a great deal

Short wait time. Fitters who installed were fantastic and a credit to Furniture Village.

Awful conditions with extreme heat. They got on with the job of lifting all the furniture into position and installed without any problems

Their professionalism and dedication is a great reflection of the company

From purchase to installation a fantastic experience

I’ve always purchased high value furniture from Barker and Stonehouse, had a bad experience recently with a extended warranty

Will now purchase high value items from Furniture Village because of the sales but more importantly, the installation and customer service

Today we went into furniture village was greeted by a chap called Billy he was very helpful and made me feel welcome we ended up buying a corner sofa and a table and chairs

Walked into the store today to be greeted by friendly sales manger Elizabeth, no hard sell just professional advice. Everything explained to us and we were left to browse the store. Once we made are decision we were offered a coffee and paperwork was completed.

Visited your Hull Store and we were pleased to purchase items from the Crete dining range. We were thrilled with the design and quality of the items. Thanks to Simon for his professional advice and care in helping us decide on our choice of table, chairs and side board. Sadly Simon was not on duty when we returned later to make our purchase but he had passed our details to his manager who helped us finalise our order. Thank you.

We had a great experience at the hull store on St Andrews quay retail park.Elizabeth Borman was fantastic. She explained everything very well and was very nice. We are so pleased we were served by her. Fantastic job.

We were greeted by a lovely sales person, Gemma, who offered us hot drinks. We explained that we had previously bought Laz y Boy suites 16 years ago. She showed us something that we may be interested in which is of similar build to our old suite. She wasn’t pushy, left us to browse the store, and then showed us the Hollywood set. It turned out to be the perfect suite we needed. She then showed us around the bed section, and did us a fantastic deal on both the suite and the bed and mattress. We really couldn’t be happier.
