Bill was very helpful with all our question and sales service perfect.

The first experiance was on a visit to the shop in hull
The sales man followed my partner and my self around like we was going to steal something made us very uncomfortable
2 the sales man on the second visit when we decieded to purchase a sofa suit took the details and made delivery promises all ok at this stage
3 the delivery was then extended which we was waiting weeks and this made us not happy , we had to threaten to cancel the deal inorder to get an acceptable delivery date , this anxiety should not happen in today’s world , they even made insult to injury could not help is to make it more pleasant
4 we then got a call which was a missed call on my mobile number and when I called back from my mobile they was confrontational regarding data protection and would not tell me what they wanted to say to me on my mobile number , this was extremely upsetting and I became direct and polite and in the End they confirmed what they called for and that was to confirm the date of delivery, wow that was so so so so impersonal and confrontation on somthing if I had answered the phone call instead off calling back it made me not ever want to do business with this company

Today on deliver they got the order wrong with the items they delivered
I call the shop asked to speak with the manager and a lady then blocked me and said he would call me back , this I felt would not happen so I said I would Waite she replied he would be 2 hours on the phone
I became direct again and stated I would cancel the item with the credit company as it’s incorrect and they can collect the item , we have had enough , she then had no customer service skill
And then started saying things like don’t talk to me like that , I replied this is not personal it’s business and I demand to speak and hold for the manger , she then clearly had no Customer skills to calm an upset customer and clearly provoked it further and then put the phone down .
The some 30 min later the manager called my partner complaining to us the client for upsetting his staff
This is so clearly disgraceful , where is customer politeness from this company , it was about get our money and so what happens nexts is not there issue and making us feel despondent and never to buy from this company again
I would not recommend this company to anyone ever

After going in multiple sofa shops we went into furniture village with multiple things we needed for our next sofa. Emma the sales associate was incredibly helpful. She understood exactly what was needed and was able to suggest the perfect sofa. Emma was friendly and helpful without being pushy and overbearing. We can’t thank Emma enough for a great experience.

Excellent choice of furniture which just seems a cut above all the other furniture shops. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The sales person who dealt with us was amazing. The whole process from start to finish was so much easier than another major furniture chain I won t mention.

Our first visit to Furniture Village. We were looking to buy a mattress. We were acknowledged on arrival. Though the store was quiet as they had only just opened. We were left to have a look around for a short while. The gentleman who attended to our search was helpful, informative and answered any questions. We did find a mattress to suite. Our own choice with some guidance.

Really helpful, friendly, went through all the paperwork and explained it really well.

We recently bought a dining table and six chairs from Furniture Village, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment my daughters and I walked into the store, we were made to feel very welcome. We were even offered refreshments, which was such a lovely touch.

The staff were absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they were not pushy at all. We were able to take our time looking around and choosing the right dining table and chairs for our home without feeling pressured.

From browsing to making our final choice, we were treated so nicely and with genuine kindness. It made what could have been a stressful decision into a really enjoyable experience.

A big thank you to everyone at Furniture Village for making us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend them based on the excellent customer service we received! 🙏😊
