The guy that took my order was brilliant very nice and was very helpful no pressure

Lynne was extremely helpful throughout the process, which started on Friday. Her friendly, knowledgeable and professional attitude helped us make up our minds on the best option for our home. We didn’t feel pressurised into making a decision on the spot and we were confident that Lynne would look after us when we returned today. An excellent member of staff and a credit to Furniture Village.

We bought 2 bar stools and one developed a small split in the material. Received a call back from Kieran in customer care who very polite and efficient, he listened to my issue then ordered a replacement stool, tremendous customer care.

Great service all round and exemplary attention to detail by Ross Jenkins, who arranged everything regarding payment and delivery process 👍

Derek was so patient and knowledgeable. It seems like he knows everything about everything on their massive sales floor. More important, I explained what I thought I wanted and explained my goals and Derek showed me what I thought I wanted and showed me other things based on my goals. He was fantastic! We went away for a few weeks and when we came back, he remembered enough about our interaction to help me make my final selection. Such a calm, informative (without being pushing) experience.

James Byrne was extremely helpful in dealing with us in store and I was delighted to get my new sofas within a week of ordering them. We got the Elphaba in emerald green and we love it. We have had so many compliments and love the power recliners and hidden storage. The delivery process was painless with good communication and the delivery team quickly assembled our sofas. I would recommend Furniture Village.

Well laid out store, no sales pressure from staff. Wide range of products and a relaxed environment to browse in. Staff very friendly and informative.

Only received part of our order now the communication is terrible as say someone will call you and don’t first time using this company don’t think I will be back with the customer service.
