Rob and Joe did both of our deliveries ( an adjustable bed and a corner sofa) and I could not fault the service which they gave. Both times they were extremely careful when assembling the furniture and I would highly recommend them.

The two guys were efficient, friendly and careful delivering. They had some carpet covering to ensure it kept the house clean took before and after photos.

From the moment we were met by Andy with the offer of a cup of coffee to delivery this morning by Ali and Ricky, I cannot fault the service.
We enjoyed having no pressure in the shop. The expected time of delivery was spot on and the punctuality was perfect.
After the expected long patient wait, I'm thrilled with my new sofas which have completely transformed my room. Thank you.

Rob & Joe were absolutely fantastic! They carried 2 sofas up to the second floor on a hot day with good humour & assembled them in no time.

The crew arrived early in our allotted delivery slot. Assessed the access point and installed our furniture with the minimum of fuss. Extremely polite and efficient crew. Took away all packaging and left us feeling very impressed with the service given.

Rob & Joe made a perfect delivery of our sofa bed - on time, quick highly professional. They showed us how to operate it, removed the packing and left the room spotless.

Rob and Joe did a great job delivering and assembling our new bed. They were 5*.
There was a hiccup on timing, as due to other staff illness the delivery was on the right day, but much later than expected.
Proactive communication from Furniture Village about this delay would have been helpful, but I phoned the store team and Trevor kindly checked the situation for me and explained the delay.
