Delivery was spot on

Delivery was spot on . Text followed by phone call when 15mins away.delivery guys , Rob & Joe were absolutely brilliant.. Professional, and efficient. Delivered to 1st floor flat, no lift bur no problem for them. They put cloth down on floor landing to protect the sofa from dust/ dirt and removed their shoes before entering my flat ..The sofa was assembled quickly. It's perfect.Obe very happy customer.

Very good in store purchase and delivery

In store purchase was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The delivery team were excellent and Joe, in particular, was friendly, efficient and courteous. Best delivery team, (Joe and Paul), we have had for quite a while.

Furniture Repair

I have liaised with a very helpful member of the Furniture Village team today the lady's name is Khadija and from start to finish of my request to have somebody out to check over my sofa and chair frames as they are making noises and may need a repair she sorted everything swiftly and passed my detail over to the specialists Emmeria Group to give me a call to arrange a technician appointment. I received a very high standard of service today.

Recieved my delivery on time

Recieved my delivery on time, Rob and Joe were the delivery men and we could not have asked for any better, they delivered the item to the room it was for, they unpacked it and built it, when finished a demonstration was given, very polite and respectful.
