Our sales consultant Hakan was very knowledgable and helped us choose the right soda bed . Very enjoyable experience

Boroka was so helpful she helped us find our perfect mattress and pillows. She was very informative and friendly. Highly recommend asking for her if you go into store.

From entry into the store to delivery of our suite, everything went smoothly!
We weren't pestered in the store, nor barraged by the sales team.
Once we had made up our minds, the paperwork was completed, the sale concluded and our chosen date of delivery noted. All without fuss!
Delivery was at 7.00am! Neil and Ant could not have been more helpful! Prior to bringing the new goods in, they helped with the final removal of the old. Each newelement was carefully placed as requested, plumped up and patted. They were two great guys, who advised on protection of the furniture, made helpful suggestions, from their experience, on increasing the life of the cushions etc. We were delighted with their support, they were great Ambassadors for the Company!

Chris was excellent throughout our visit. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the bed options clearly and helped us make an informed decision. Despite not feeling well himself, he gave his full effort and provided outstanding customer service. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate his help and would highly recommend him.

Had a problem with 2 pillows purchased a week ago. Was quickly contacted by Furniture Village and a resolution agreed. The manager in the Farnborough store was very helpful and the issue has now been sorted - thank you.

Called in at Farnborough at 10am and bought a new chair. Excellent in store service from Kevin & lovely Don & mate arrived at 12 noon to deliver. Fantastic service!

The Process that helped us select a product was Excellent, Your operative Morne, was very helpful and Professional throughout our meeting.
The one thing I am disappointed with is my wife and I are left with the issue of disposing of our old bed, we are both in our 80's and heaving it around will not be easy.
other companies that I researched online, did have a bed disposal assistance.
If you had had this extra, I would have given you a 5 star review.

Chris was outstanding person, he helped us with all the inquiries and prices. Even my wife was very particular with her choices and the way she wanted the changes in the interior and the exterior of the wardrobe, Chris was more than patient with my wife and very accommodating. At the end we did purchase one table and 4 chairs and the wardrobe my wife wanted with the exact format and colour and design she wanted. I think Chris is a star. Thank you for all the help and especially the patience and a good customer service, like the old good days.
