Derek helped us choose our new sofas making it a very easy and smooth transaction.

Bought two 3 seater power recliner sofas today, helped by Hakan.
Hakan was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make our choice, great service from FV Farnborough, thank you!
All done in under 15 mins, brilliant!

The staff were very patient and helpful did not rush me, made sure I bought exactly what I wanted, lovely experience overall.

Furniture Village is always our first go to for furniture. Great choice of products at fantastic quality. The customer service is outstanding and the sales advisors are knowledgeable without being pushy. Syan Satwinder advised us today and the service she provided was excellent. Gave us all the information we needed on the Artisan Bed Collection to be able to make a decision and when we went back sorted everything out and talked us through our options. Thank you.

Syan was very helpful with our purchase of a new dining table and chairs. We bought today after visiting last week where Chris helped us with our selection. On both visits I’ve found this store to be well staffed and the staff have been knowledgeable.

Ernest was very patient with us as we went in and out of the shop on 3/4 different occasions. When we finally went in to buy our new sofas Ernest was off due to his wife having a new baby but we were well looked after by Derek and Chris. Very professional, informed and made us feel comfortable even when asking silly questions. Highly recommended. This is our second lounge suite from Furniture Village in 20 years so let's hope this lasts as long as our last one :-)

Really helpful sales team without being overly pushy. I visited several furniture showrooms and FV were the only ones to order the fabric swatches for me (they offered i didnt even ask). Thats a USP right there! Kevin in particular was great.

Really good experience at Furniture Village.

We were helped by Hakan Raif when we were looking at sofa beds. Although we didn’t end up choosing one on the day, he was really helpful & friendly.

We then spoke to Chris Duncan, who helped us choose a bed frame and mattress for our new guest room. We wanted something that would be comfortable and suitable for my elderly parents when they come to stay as well as suitable for the space we had available, and Chris was really helpful in talking us through the options and making sure we chose something appropriate.

Both were really friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was relaxed and easy. Would definitely recommend Furniture Village based on our experience!

We had a good experience at furniture village; having been in several similar shops before and felt pressured, we were relieved that Kevin was non pushy and super helpful. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He answered our questions and was very accommodating.

Kevin was very helpful especially in choice of bed,mattress and the pillows. Final price was decent has well.

Refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not get pounced on or stalked by sales. That said, Derek was on hand to answer any questions. So far… so good.

We had excellent service from Morne in the Farnborough branch. He gave us plenty of information and showed us all the different options. There was plenty of choice. It was an enjoyable experience.

We were greeted by Chris Duncan who was attentive and very professional. He went to great lengths to cover all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. If he was a Doctor I would say he had a excellent bedside manner.

We had the experience of having Boroka helping us with finding our mattress. She was lovely and very helpful and managed to help us find a mattress within 10 minutes of being in the store. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you’re unsure of what you need as she was very informative.

Boroka, the sales assistant was so helpful and polite from the moment we met. Her customers service skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I found her to be friendly and very engaging. She is a credit to your team.
