Chris from the Farnborough store couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful will use again

We went to buy a new mattress, the selection was great, the staff were very helpful and demonstrated great knowledge of the products.

Purchased some Earth chairs from FV some years ago. Unfortunately the covers of both chairs have started to peel. Structurally the chairs are sound, but FV don't sell replacement covers. They could only offer to sell two new chairs at not much of a discount. Be careful if you expect to be able to keep their furniture for any reasonable length of time!

I called Furniture Village regarding an issue with a new sofa. It doesn't appear to have been set up correctly. Mariyah requested that I sent photos, along with answers to questions she provided, yet, after a week, I have received no response.

Update: A technician came out to look at the sofa on 17 March. Castelan got in touch on 24 April to say that the part would be delivered on 6 July. I emailed them straight back and asked for a replacement sofa instead (just in case there were further issues or delays). They placed the order on 11 May!

Chris bottom the salesman was brilliant , no pressure sale and had the time to talk options through .

Derek was really helpful, showed us all of our options based on some very specific requirements.
He explained all the details of our purchase very clearly and was a joy to deal with.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, with pleasant atmosphere Syan was amazing with her role she knows to deal with customers in a calm, friendly and caring way, good communication skill. Though customer are there only to observe and check the product Syan has a great personality to change our views and will influence to buy the products, keep up the good work!!!!

Very helpful staff. We didn't feel pushed into making a decision. Everything was explained to us very carefully. All aspects of the order were shown to us as the process was going through.

Just wanted to mention Chris Duncan at the Farnborough branch for patiently showing us numerous dining tables and sideboards. He was extremely thorough and helpful. We did go with a Furniture Village sideboard after much looking and this was down to his help.

We purchased a large framed cherry tree picture.
Our sales consultant was Hakan.
He was the same sales consultant that sold us a 3 seater sofa, snuggle chair and foot stool a month ago.
Hakan is friendly professional and has warmth towards his customers. He chatted freely with us and showed genuine interest in getting to know us. I would highly recommend Furniture Store Farnborough. The manager is always open to a bit of discount if you ask nicely too!
