Donna was great - fantastic customer service!

We were given lots of time to look around and try out different sofas. In the end we chose an incredible sofa, thanks to the sales assistant Donna for showing us all the technology involved with the sofa and how it all worked. We were blown away by her kindness, she even supplied us with tea and biscuits which was such a lovely touch. Thank you Donna.

I was greeted at the door ,explained i was looking to buy a bed. Shown up stairs.met by a very nice lady.she was most helpful. Explained the amount I wished to spend on a bed.and that is what she did sorry dident take her name down. Sorted the paper work.and I've got a bed coming

From walking through the doors of your store in Exeter to having our bed delivered and put together has been a fantastic experience! Your staff are so helpful, very knowledgable and friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble. Cindy has been absolutely amazing, she was so helpful in trying to find the bed and mattress that I required, very patient as I couldn’t make up my mind and came back several times before I decided which one . I would 100 percent recommend Furniture Village.

A nice environment to browse for furniture. Staff available if needed and happy to explain options and show workings and configurations. We were very pleased to find suitable options with quick delivery.

Ben, the salesman, was patient, informative and very helpful. A charming person to deal with.
