The Exeter store is just a delight to visit.
Suzzie dealt with us on this occasion she is an absolute gem and a credit to Furniture Village, however all the other ladies have been so helpful with our past purchases.
We were kept informed of our orders progress all the time we were waiting. Well done !
Your delivery men were on time, polite and caring and this means so much when you are elderly, so much so that we will not shop anywhere else now

Staff are present to answer questions without being intrusive. The pricing is good and the service excellent so far.

Very impressed with the store layout, the styles and options of the furniture were amazing and the assistance from Suzie Squire, the Sales Consultant was very helpful - Altogether a very satisfactory experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this Exeter store.

Donna greeted us with a coffee as we wandered around the Exeter showroom.
She was very helpful with advice on the first day without us feeling pressured.
On our return she gave us good advice and we purchased two settees with her help .

The lady who served us was very helpful, and took a lot of time making sure we were getting the right furniture for us.

Both Donna in the store & Cindy over the phone were so friendly & personable . Making us feel very welcome in the store & when it came to ordering over the phone Cindy was brilliant. Excellent service .

We were met by a charming salesman, Kane, who listened carefully to our requirements for a sofa bed. He then showed us the whole range available, including full demonstration of operation and comfort and gave us sufficient information and advice for us to be confident in our purchase, including honesty about delivery times etc. He set a standard which we rarely experience. Thank you.

I walked in store there was a few assistants, I called one over to ask a few questions, left the store but came bk day after , the lady rmemwbered straight away whimo I was from previous day she Dave all the information so I bought the sofa and chair

Suzie the salesperson could not have been more helpful when we chose our dining set. This was a big decision for us. We are looking forward to delivery and installation. This too we hope goes as well.

We called in store today and was looked after by Donna who was so lovey. She made our experience enjoyable and relaxed. There was no hard sell and even made furniture shopping fun for the kids with hot chocolate and cookies. 😊 Came away having found the sofa for us. Thank you Donna.

Popped in to look at 1 table and 4 chairs. Ben was so good we ended up leaving with 2 lovely extending tables and 12 chairs. This is now our come to shop for any house hold furniture.

We visited the store to have a look at sofas, we were greeted by the friendly face of Donna who helped us during our visit, giving us lots of useful information about the stock. We ended up ordering a sofa which we are so happy with.

A good range of furniture at the store and all sofas came in a wide selection of colours, fabrics and configurations.

My husband and I have been looking for a sofa and chair for some time and I don’t know why we haven’t looked in furniture village before, we’ve seen 2 we liked in other stores so today we went to FV and we were spoilt for choice.
The assistant who helped us was amazing, so helpful her name was Donna Martin what was nice we never felt any pressure to buy, she explained everything in detail and finally I made the decision to go ahead and buy one,
She is a credit to your store.
Now the only disappointment I have I have to wait 10 weeks for it.

Ben at Exeter FV looked after us brilliantly - offering patient support and advice with no pushy sales techniques! We had two lengthy visits as we made decisions over our purchase, never once did we feel hurried.

The guys in the store were really good and knowledgeable and the delivery team were excellent and better than some really top branded stores. Very happy.

We received lots of help and information from your staff member. He was very patient with us and helped us come to a decision on the bed we were buying.
The bed is due to arrive in 21days so we cannot yet make comments re delivery

A family member bought the Aston settee. We were looking for comfort and style and found it in the same one they bought, so we headed to Exeter Sowton Furniture Village.
Donna was pleasant , courteous and very helpful in our final decision. We look forward to seeing our settees in situ.
