Amazing customer service, staff are very helpful, friendly, polite and professional at all times. Harry is really knowledgeable and takes time to listen.

All the furniture l have purchased is of good quality, comfortable and has lasted so long. Staff at the Croydon, Purley Way makes you feel at ease.

Great service from Stacy in the store, where we were able to choose a different upholstery from that in the sample book. Delivery was just over 10 weeks, but they did arrive without legs; however, this was corrected within 2 days (hence 4 stars, not 5). The sofas are very comfortable and of great quality.

Khadija was very helpful and explained everything clearly.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping for our sofa yesterday. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The person who assisted us was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.

They took the time to explain which sofas would suit our needs best, gave us honest advice, and never made us feel pressured into buying anything. We really appreciated being given the space and time to think about our decision comfortably.

I took time off work today because I was told to expect delivery of sofa feet that should have been delivered OVER TWO MONTHS AGO due to Furniture Village’s own mistake only to then receive a call saying they don’t actually have them.

Since purchasing from them in November, there has not been a single stage of this process they haven’t managed to mess up. Constant mistakes, constant misinformation, constant inconvenience. An absolutely useless level of service from start to finish.

Avoid this company unless you enjoy wasting your time dealing with incompetence.

Arrived on time and sofa was assembled fast and efficiently.
If only all deliveries were this good.

The sales assistant (Salma) was very helpful and offered all options of item I was looking to purchase with expertise.

We were looking to replace our sofa's and after browsing online, decided to take a look instore.

We were welcomed by Danny who was friendly and knowledgeable and able to identify some sofas we might be interested in after we explained our needs. He wasn't pushy like some salesmen and was patient while we browsed and made our decision.

We walked away with exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price and look forward to going back in the future when we look to replace our dining table!

Sales staff at Croydon store, were rude, just after I made the first payment, the delivery never showed up after the gave a 4 hrs slot.
Dartford delivery could not give a time, had no clue.

Always a great visit to FV. Just bought a hallway consul table in the sale. Oak and perfect for us. Harold was a star as he found it for us. Sofas, beds, pictures, it's all here and great quality and our go to place. 👍👊♥️
