Croydon branch - Appalling company to deal with. Do not shop here! Was quoted 4-6 weeks for a table we needed for a family party. Then they extended it (informed by email) by another 4 weeks. Then came a phone call a few weeks later stating its been delayed again with no date. Suppose to call back with an estimated new date. Chased, as no call after leaving a voice message. Again no call back. Visited store to find out what was happening. Reselected - quoted 10-14 days. Would confirm the next day with estimated delivery date. Once again, didn't receive a call. Chased two days later to be told it's a 4 week delivery. No personal communication throughout this order. Definitely wouldn't recommend or shop here again. Service/management/sales staff- awful.

I visited Furniture Village last week, and it was an amazing experience. We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe, who provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

I’ll definitely be coming back to Furniture Village for more purchases, and I’ll be sure to ask for Joe again!
