A pleasant experience. Store was well laid out and the sales lady, Siân, was super to deal with, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. I was impressed, and she's an asset to the company.

Jon is always incredibly helpful and has the patience to allow the customer to make an informed decision without being made to feel rushed or that you have to purchase anything at all. Thanks Jon

The lady that served us in the store that day was very helpful polite and a credit to your company. Although we had decided pretty much on the dining set that we were having she took the time to speak to us and provide refreshments whilst we were finalising things. Excellent customer service, we are just waiting on the delivery now.

From the minute we walked into the store we was greeted from Jason body he asked what we looking for we told him a two seater sofa he was so efficient it was deal done the service was so good we'll done

Furniture Village, Crawley....have been amazingly professional and extremely empathetic. Simone, in particular, has been an absolutely star 🌟. Helped me with a difficult scenario and made it seamlessly effortless.

We met Sian who was very polite, kind & knowledgeable with our purchase of dining table & chairs. Every time we have visited Furniture Village staff have been very helpful.

After spending 3k on an L-shape and having multiple issues, waiting 3 months for a technician to come out after my daughter cut her hand on staples they refused to exchange. Now awaiting another technician with no progress or acknowledgement in their wrong doing. Have spent 10’s of thousands with this company over the years and will never set foot in there again. Shambles. Minus 10 stars

Superb after sales service using live chat (Abbey)

Andrew was very helpful and informative when I purchased my new sofa.

We ordered a lovely sofa & was told all the relevant paper work had been signed & everything was in order. The next contact would be to arrange delivery when it was ready. 3 months later I get a phone call to arrange delivery. The sofa gets delivered & all is well. Until we get repeated phone calls, emails and voicemails telling me that the finance on the sofa wasn’t in place & hadn’t been signed. I was away on holiday so could do nothing about it as I had to go into the store to sign. It wasn’t very nice to hear about debt collectors coming round if we didn’t come into sign. We were unaware this hadn’t been done & why deliver the sofa if it hadn’t? When back from holiday we had to make another trip to the store that isn’t very local to digitally sign the paperwork. Would have been much better if they could have emailed this to me to save the extra journey. Didn’t get much of an apology or anything for our inconvenience. Sadly as much as I love the sofa I won’t be recommending Furniture Village due to how this was all handled. The problem was due to us but were made to feel that way.

Dean was absolutely amazing. No pressure, great advice and made buying a sofa stress free.

Bed was delivered couldn't fit the head board as there where no Fixings one of the drawers you could see the floor through as the base was not fitted correctly and one you could hardly open been waiting 3 weeks so far to be sorted out not impressed

On visiting furniture village we spoke to Adam Wright and told him what we're looking for and he listened. Because he listened he had a good idea what we had in mind he showed us a few sofas he thought would fit our needs, no rush, no pressure. We finished up buying a G Plan. G Plan is British with a good reputation. Adam explained they would remove the old sofa when delivery the new one which was on time. Thanks to Adam and furniture village we are now very happy with our new very comfortable sofa. Thank you Furniture Village

We were able to find everything that we were looking for in the one store. The sales consultant, Izabela Phillip, was most helpful and gave us some good advice without being at all pushy. She was also a pleasure to deal with.

We had Bass and Marc, 2 amazingly helpful gentleman who where polite and helpful and put everything together with no fuss and even moved bits around to how we wanted with ease. They are a credit to the company. Thank you

Dean was very helpful and knowledgable. Let us explore the products at our own pace but was on had when we needed him. Arranging the sale and organising delivery was very smooth!
