From the original purchase in Crawley (Andrew) to the delivery drivers (Matt and Shawn) that laid out the red carpet(!) - a perfect and very professional experience. And we love our sofas!

The shop has plenty to choose from in all colours too. The shop itself is perhaps over brightened with lights, more so than any normal house would be so makes picking a colour slightly difficult. Prices are very reasonable. Nothing is rushed and nobody puts pressure upon you. My only criticism is, a darker corner still lit up but not so bright, would be helpful to choose the shading needed for a room when looking at the swatches. We made our purchase and are very pleased overall.
