Excellent customer service. Initially on the phone and in the store. The sales lady JUSTYNA was so helpful. Her knowledge of the item I purchased was impressive but there was no sales pressure at all. She made me feel she had my interests at heart and I also felt she was the finest sales person I have met in a long time . A real asset to Furniture VILLAGE.

Well looked after by Trevor and able to view dining furniture options that interested us. Prompt and friendly service and satisfactory delivery promise. Pricing was good with sales offer.

Very poor service in Cheltenham Our daughter Purchased a book shelf in the sale was promised it would be cleaned ( Dusted) and wrapped ready for delivery when it arrived was not dusted or wrapped and even more damage the driver said sorry the shop always does this. She complained to the store the assistant said the manager said shall we collect and refund ? What a shambles. Do not take what your told in store as for the manager he would be better going back to be retrained we shall vote with our feet. As should others. No service no customer satisfaction at this store.

Thanks for response Kieran but the manager had the opportunity to make amends he needs more customer service focus.

Having chosen the furniture I wished to buy, Mr Dunn answered all my questions straightforwardly and was helpful without being pushy or trying to oversell. Tea or coffee was offered

Charlie was friendly, approachable yet not pressuring on our first visit which was refreshing and appreciated. On our second visit with all the family, Charlie was again friendly, patient and professional. He explained everything clearly. What an asset to your team. Thank you. A wide variety of sofas to choose from. We love our choice!

Always friendly and efficient staff in the store, Sarah is very helpful aswell as the manager. Have brought tables, beds, lights and sofas and always great quality would definitely recommend.

Customer Service is always first rate. No pressure selling, always helpful and full of insightful information.

Installation is farcical.
After being sent a replacement sofa and waiting another 20 or so weeks after the first delivery… this time the centre leg is so short that the installation team stacked 3 plastic glider pads on top of each other to try and make it fit. They didn’t tell us they’d done that which has really really really annoyed me as it’s clearly a very dumb thing to do. If it had gone noticed then the sofa would eventually have just snapped in the middle as the leg is about an inch too short.
I initially submitted a report for furniture village because their customer service is excellent … if only the delivery teams were 10% as good.
1 last chance to get it right and then its refund time!!!

Amazing , everyone I have seen in store and spoken to on the phone have been incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely use them again.

The air-con definitely helped but even better was the help from Charlie. His advice was much appreciated and he helped us to make the right choice.

Visited the store looking for 2 Reclining Armchairs. The store was pleasantly air conditioned on a hot sticky day outside and very well laid out.
Was initially a bit of a minefield with so much choice. Trevor one of the Sales Assistants approached us politely asking if he could help. Once we gave him our requirements etc he showed us options that were appropriate and relevant to what we were looking for. We eventually found what we were looking for and found Trevor to be most helpful and very patient on our 2 separate visits to the store.
We made an order for 2 Reclining Armchairs to be delivered in 12 weeks time without any fuss etc.
Happy to recommend others to visit due to the vast choice available.
Will now await delivery in 12 weeks time, so we will see how we go.

Great location for parking.
There was no pressure. Charlie Norman introduced himself & let us wander throughout the store without being intrusive.
He answered questions about our preferred choice of 3 seater sofa & went through all choices & costs. Excellent service & great coffee.
Well stocked store - something for everyone & quality.
We bought a G Plan sofa.

Ben was very patient with us and he did not ruch us with my decision mack's a good cup of tea to shoed me opshone to thank you for being very kind

Charlie narrowed down what we were looking for in a bar stool straight away, and directed us to the right items to try. There was a great range to try from in store and Charlie was really informative about what each offered and transparent on price.
Charlie was friendly and patient and we are so pleased with our purchase. Thank you.
