We were given a delivery date of our choice . When it arrived the two delivery men were very careful not to do any damage to walls and floors etc . They even took their shoes off. The installation was quick and they explained how to work the recliners. Overall a very good experience

From the point of service in Cheltenham, to the update and delivery information, to the delivery personnel themselves this has been a smooth and seamless process.

Dave and Joe when they delivered were efficient quick, tidy and extremely polite.

Charlie was a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. He took the time to explain about the different mattresses and bed bases and I did not feel rushed at all. A very good experience.

Having chosen our sofa Karen was brilliant at sorting out our order & colour. She explained everything clearly & we felt well looked after. The delivery time was explained at 10 to 12 weeks. It took 13 weeks but was worth the wait. Dave & Joe delivered it with care, built it & were very respectful of our home. Very pleased with the sofa. Would recommend them

Ben in the FV Cheltenham store was a great chap to deal with. No hard sell and good old fashioned service and advice. Never bought from Furniture Village before but will definitely do so again. Thanks Ben. You’re a credit to the company.

Staff amazing

Second time using furniture village and another great experience from the moment we walked into the store. Justina was excellent and manage to help us with our final decision and design ideas.

Justyna was helpful, honest and not pushy in any way. My elderly father was able to take his time choosing the right suite for him last month. The new suite was delivered today on time.

Karen who served us couldn't have been more helpful, she waa brilliant and knew all about the different wardrobes in store. We wanted a certain size and she helped find the styles in that size without being pushy ir trying to sell us anything. She had the perfect balance of being helpful and polite, it was like chatting with a friend. She was very professional with her knowledge and advice on what it would look like if we chose a different colour wood too.
We saw a chest of drawers too and bought that. We could take it immediately as its old stock so together with the helpful gentleman lifting the drawers for us too we had a grade 1 experience. Looking forward to our delivery next!

We dealt either Ben Charlett in the Cheltenham store and he was great. Gave us plenty of space to try out all the mattresses but was on hand to answer any questions. Unlike other places he didn’t pressure us which is a welcome change.
We found the perfect mattress and pillow combination. Will definitely visit again.
