Mohammad Uddin helped me recently when I visited the Cambridge store to look at dining furniture. He was extremely professional but friendly, and listened to what I was saying. This inspired confidence and put me at ease. There was no undue pressure to buy and he provided all the information I needed. I decided to buy and he supported me through the purchase and follow up process. He was available to speak to on the phone afterwards and helped with my delivery query.

Really friendly and welcoming service. Answered any questions we had on the spot, and made the buying experience quick and easy. Couldn’t have asked for better!

The Sales Consultant Azzdean at Cambridge store came over to us while we were looking at sofas and explained the various options regarding fabrics and styles. He then left us to allow us to look around the showroom at leisure, indicating he would be available to answer any questions. He was friendly and gave helpful advice but was not pushy.

Fantastic gentleman excellent service worked within my request and ensured I was totally happy from start to finish.

Your salesman Steve Wong was very informative and listened to the type and style of sofa that we required. He told us about the various functions, fabric choices and grades as well as the services and warranties available. He was very patient and attentive without being pushy.
The vast choice of furniture in the store was a little bit overwhelming but Steve guided us to the options available to meet our requirements.
The whole experience left us with smiles on our faces and feeling very relaxed about our purchase.

Recently purchased a Nicoletti Alcova 3 Seater Leather Sofa Bed from the Cambridge store and was very professionally helped by Mr Azzdean Seffras. I have to say, that not only am I am overjoyed with the Italian craftsmanship of the product itself, After owning it since being delivered, but the customer service and product knowledge, demonstrated by Mr Seffras was second to none!!

To all the upper in command at the company, You have a REAL ASSET in this member of staff and he really DESERVES a raise, or so recommendation for making the whole process work as smoothly as possible. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Azzdean Seffras please ask for him personally, if purchasing any furniture from this store.

Aaron gilks was extremely helpful without being at all pushy. we always buy from furniture village as it is good quality and we always find it a pleasurable experience as we can browse without being hassled and the staff are really helpful. The coffee and cookies are lovely too.
