Jack was very knowledgable about the table and chairs we wanted to buy and was of great assistance

Store was very messy
Saw same chair in Ncf for £200 less and they would not refund the difference even though I’ve not took delivery yet !

We had doug who sorted our order very helpfull and knowledgeable whole process was superb rang us for the delivery we asked if they could delay it as we werent ready, it was not a problem. When it came we realised it would better bigger so went back to order an extra piece it was doug again who sorted it, cant fault the service.

So far so good. Staff were friendly & helpful when I needed it. Staff member introduced himself & then left me to browse. So different from other places. The choice of sofas was excellent & lots of information available. Fabric sample books were easily available. Full info regarding delivery, fabric care etc.

Absolutely wonderful service today, the customer service lady was very professional, courteous and kind, and very helpful and answered all our questions.

From start to finish..the staff in the shop over in Liverpool were so helpful picking my sofa to sorting out the ordering to delivering and the guys delivering were also very good and fitted my sofa perfectly was very pleased with the overall purchase thankyou

On delivery found side panal marked also shelf chipped now i have to wait around 6 weeks to correct 😀

Recommended this company for a Dining table and chairs,the sales person was ok as was the delivery team but aftercare forget it.The table is 9 months old and the customer care team are not interested,told me to claim on the care protection policy I took out.The policy is for accidental damage and stains but it’s a fault with the metal leg.I certainly will not use this company if this is the aftercare you receive and not even 12 months old.When I quoted consumer rights they put the phone down,very unprofessional and just proves what they think of customers.

We were given all the information and help we needed

Waiting for a delivery for 8 hours. No delivery. Day wasted. Now, a message, “please rate your delivery” ???
On the tracker = delivered.
Where?
Also no response to phone calls , complete disregard for customer.
The volume of purchase way over £5000. Really poor service.
Beware!

Excellent service when buying our new sofa and chair , Doug the sale assistant was so helpful but not pushy he explained everything in a friendly but professional manner the whole process was so easy from choosing the sofa to the payment and delivery so pleased with everything

Jack was very helpful, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him when we were choosing the right furniture for us.

Had a good look round before choosing great selection. Then the shop assistant was marvellous explaining everything about our purchase eventually bought our item with confidence. Keep up the good work.
