Had the couch i wanted with the fabric and colour. Staff very helpful not to pushy. All round good customer service . Only down side have to wait 12weeks for my purchase

Customer service was 10/10. Couldn’t fault them at all!

Ordered side tables. Should have been delivered to store but was delivered to my home. The items were damaged box bashed in and table bent inside. Rang Furniture Village to advise of damaged item, sent photos and was advised the supplier has 72 hours to reply. I stipulated I requested a replacement. I had to keep chasing it up as the 72 hours had passed. I was advised that the supplier was closed for the weekend and a request had now been placed due to my live chat to request a replacement. Unacceptable as I had already requested a replacement. Still waiting.

The young lady who assisted me on 4/9/26 @ your Aintree store was very pleasant, professional & courteous. She explained my delivery would take upto 4 weeks,advised me of the delivery charge, double checked the colour of the item I wanted...all with a smile. Thank you.

We recently purchased a dining table and chair set, two sideboards, and a sofa from Furniture Village Aintree, and the service we received from Phil Aldridge was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Phil was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to listen to our needs, answer all of our questions, and offer helpful advice without ever making us feel pressured.

What really stood out was how patient and accommodating he was, especially with our two young girls. He made us all feel comfortable and valued as customers, and his warm, approachable manner turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Lauren was lovely. Very confident and helpful.

While the in-store service was good, the kitchen table delivered to us was chipped, broken, and completely unable to extend. The matching sideboard was also heavily damaged prior to delivery and was immediately rejected and taken back by your delivery team. Although the team took extensive photographs and assured us that Furniture Village would contact us shortly, no one did.

When we reached out to customer support multiple times, the response was entirely unhelpful. We have now been left waiting for months under the guise of needing a technician's inspection of the furniture. This unreasonable delay has disrupted our home life and family gatherings.

We had visited store a couple of weeks ago and was dealt with by Phil Aldridge who treated us really well answered all our questions and guided us to the items we were thinking about ordering. At a later date we spoke on phone and made the order he was so professional and courteous thankyou for making this transaction easy.

Phil was very helpful from the moment we entered the store showing us the dining sets helping us to choose and purchase a wonderful dining table and swivel chairs

Keith was a lovely, friendly salesman. He wasn't pushy or in our face. He left us to talk amongst ourselves and was ever so helpful.
