I ordered 7 cordon fruit trees in september 2020. Later, I emailed to ask when I could expect them and had a reply the same afternoon (Sunday!) to inform me that my trees would arrive by March. All but one arrived mid February, well packaged and in superb condition. Jon also informed me that the one outstanding on the order will be despatched this week. I think they are a reputable company who have been hit hard by Covid and are trying their best. Edward P.

This company is a waste of time and money, ordered trees in November .. it’s March and still no trees just excuses as why they haven’t sent them. Getting refund from PayPal now. Even with this more rude mails about my order and that I opened a paypal case to retrieve my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a rip off.

Still waiting for my trees money taken straight away 5 emails later and i might as well bang my head on the wall looks like i have to go to trading standards as this is just a joke of a company do not recomend any one to use them

I have requested a refund through their various email addresses and also called. There is no reply.
I will be writing to Trading Standards.

Ordered two apple trees last October. Only received one yesterday. I've contacted them by email twice, and tried to call once. Please avoid this company if you don't want to be SCAMMED.

ordered 5 trees at a cost of £126 including delivery for Autumn planing at my home in France (this because spring plantings tend not to survive their 1st summer).
Emailed on 31st Oct to ask where my trees were. Got a Text - that you can't reply to - on 23rd Dec with a lot of nonsense about why they had not arrived and that DHL would let us know when delivery expected. They were delivered with absolutely no notice on 19th Jan '21 while we were at a funeral - left with a neighbour who I hardly ever see!! They are no use to me now as no longer able to transport trees to France & frankly the state of what I received, who know if they are a. alive and b. what I ordered. Could have bought better in the supermarkets.

Very poor customer service, they stand out as very poor during covid, if covid is causing such issues then need more info on web site or suspend whilst they catch up. Months to receive order, sent to wrong address, invoice correct so human error at their end...hope there right trees, afraid will be too late for me when its time to find out, (present's for family) ..avoid till sorted is my advice

Ordered four trees May 2020, we're now well into 2021 and still no sign of any trees. Emails going unanswered, telephone going straight to a full mailbox. AVOID!

I ordered 16 CORDON apple trees; 15 came. Of those 15, 2 were whips not cordons. I emailed; no response. I tried to telephone, it was an answer phone. Their reasons for delays centre on covid 19. However, their mistakes and lack of customer care have nothing to do with covid. This is human error. I could never recommend this business to anyone. It is the first and last time I will use them. Further, my local garden centre were selling better specimen cordons at only £2 more than CRJ Fruit Trees were charging,

I wouold like to give zero stars this company are a sham. They took 26.00 from my account and no tree. The email I recieved was rude and said I would receive a tree in oct Nov after the advert said it would be here in 5 days. Fraudulent behaviour.

Placed an order on 30th August 2020. Confirmed order for £46.85 by e-mail on 30th August 2020. Payment for £46.85 taken by Chris Bowyer on the 1st September 2020.
Canceled order by e-mail on the 5th September 2020. They requested order number on the 7th September 2020. I responded with copy of their confirmation (no order number provided) on the 7 September 2020. They have not refunded my money to date.

Ordered a tree online, money taken no email confirmation given. So waited a few weeks then emailed and they said it will be dispatched this week. Waited a couple of weeks still received nothing, so emailed again, didn’t get a reply just a paypal refund no apology or reasoning. Very disappointed and not use again.

Don’t bother ordering from this company. I placed an order on 9/6 and paid through PayPal who sent me a receipt for the payment. fruit-trees.com or CRJ fruit trees whatever they want to call themselves still haven’t sent a confirmation email for the order. I emailed 11/6 and managed to squeeze out the order number from them and I was advised of a 10 day delivery window from date of purchase. After that my online account with them has been locked, I’ve emailed four times asking for assistance, all of which have been ignored! Today is the 10th day and I’ve still had no correspondence from them or a response to my emails. Don’t bother calling them because they ignore the phone and their voicemail inbox is full, surprise, surprise!

I ordered a tree, the money was taken and there was no communication (PayPal said no delivery info provided by seller) I emailed weeks later asking for an update, I did not mind waiting for the tree, and had been given nothing so I just wanted to know. They told me it was due to be posted during a specific week, being told to check my PayPal. I waited for that week, and gave a week later for postage. Suddenly, without any communication I receive a refund from PayPal. I would not have mind waiting if that was an issue, but was not told anything. I assume the tree was still in stock and fine since it took them over a month to refund me.
