Received a 80-100 cm pomegranate tree,
It was under 79 cm, it wasn’t a big deal but it slightly annoyed me! Rang them hoping maybe just a sorry, they asked for photos. Sent photos and got a phone call back to be told to measure the plant I have to STRETCH/PULL the tallest branch!!! That took my slight annoyance to a different level! Terrible arrogance and customer service.

I have bought many fruit trees in the past but none are as good as the ones I have recently received from Pomona. Really healthy plant lots of roots ( so often the roots are trimmed and the tap root is broken of or damaged)
. Will certainly be buying from them again.

Ming was so helpful with tips on pruning a pear tree whose care had been neglected in a garden where I volunteer. No questions asked, he just helped me figure out what to do, even though the tree wasn't one of 'theirs'. I've bought some of my best trees from Pomona including a peach that's thriving still after 15 years.

I only very recently made contact with Pamona Fruits seeking some advice and that advice came amazingly quickly with a further back-up which puts the company at the top of the pile.

Just received a quince tree which I ordered last month and was informed would be sent out late December. It arrived well in time for Christmas, excellently packed and I am very pleased with it.

Was delighted to receive such unexpected prompt delivery for a birthday gift. A fig tree in excellent health (even boasting a fig!). The lady at Pomona Fruits was so helpful and made sure the gift was on time.

I bought a Saturne peach tree because my son and his wife were having a baby and the description stated that children enjoy picking the fruit. After only 2 years there were so many fruit this year that I had to thin about 20 leaving 7 well spaced. My 2 year old granddaughter did pick the peaches! I have bought many other fruit trees from Pomona and now have a thriving orchard of apples, pears, apricots, cherries, plums, damsons mulberry figs. I can recommend this company for the quality of the trees. We are in Cheshire so not a mild or sheltered climate here.

I have bought lots of cordon fruit trees from Pomona over a span of about 12/15 years…..every tree has been delivered in excellent condition. What I like about this company is that even years down the line you can ring up and ask for advise about a tree you bought maybe 6 years or more earlier, as I have done with regard to pruning, and they have always been polite and helpful.

yes good range, good delivery but if something goes wrong sending pictures and script will be ignored and when you ring being nice put on to the team who dont care. buy by all means but dont expect any customer service back up. you will be treated like its your fault.

My husband bought this in January 2023. We planted it on a South-facing fence in our small North London garden. In 2024, it flowered and gave one fruit which did not really ripen but fell off. This year (2025), it flowered in the coldest, most miserable weather I can remember since we moved here. I thought we wouldn't get any fruit as there did not seem to be any pollinating insects around. But lo and behold, it has produced 10 fruit! They are fairly small but juicy and sweet. What an amazing tree! I must add that we kept it watered every 2-3 days when we saw it wilting in the heatwave we're having. I also gave it 2 handfuls of Organic Extra fertiliser in the early spring. That must have helped. Still, we must thank Pomona for the quality of the tree they provided. It is a superb tree, which has managed to make good growth and produce fruit in 2 years. Do not hesitate to buy this variety.

Excellent firm. Excellent product (Micromesh Pest and Wind Barrier). This was a repeat purchase as we were so pleased with the first which was highly effective and is being used again this year. It is still in good condition, but we have extended our growing area and needed an additional one.
There was a problem when the courier lost the goods in transit, but this was sorted out by Pomona efficiently and with great courtesy. Thank you Pomona.

their two shrubs i ordered - tayberry and boysenberry are in terrible condition and they refuse to do anything about it saying that i have undernourished them. theirs are the only ones like this, the rest of my plants are thriving. kept trying to phone me even when i said i don't answer unknown numbers. really wish i'd read the reviews first.

My patio mirabella plum tree has just arrived in perfect condition. Extremely well packed and still lovely and damp. I look forward to eating the plums!!
Good courier who had clearly taken notice of the live plants notice and took care not to damage the tree in transit.
