I looked all over Vancouver for these shoes and could not find them smaller than size US12. I found them here for $30 cheaper and the shipping to Canada was quick !!!

Fast Shipping, Great Prices
The shipping was fast considering my order was being delivered overseas to Canada. This order didn't have any extra customs fees which is a welcome surprise for international orders.

I seldom provide 5 stars. Plus on the price and rapid delivery of the product. I will be providing the product as a gift at the end of September 2017. Therefore, should there be an issue at that time, we shall see how well the warranty goes, which could bring them up or down from their 4-star rating.

All Early Rider balance bikes come with a 12 month warranty so if there’s any problem with it of course we will rectify it.

Many thanks for your review, I’m sorry we only say on the delivery page about import duties, we are looking to get this added to the checkout page as quickly as possible.
We do have a Price Promise on our website so if you can see the balance bike cheaper on a Canadian website after the duty has been added we will happily refund the difference.
I’ve asked our warehouse guys to send you one of our little goody packs & we hope you continue to be a FreestyleXtreme customer.

Horrible customer service
I placed an order on this website they took the money from my account no problem then said I was being flagged for potential fraud I've sent numerous emails that have still not been answered my order was over 400 dollars and my money has still not been returned to me and have still not got an email back explaining the situation don't do business with this company horrible customer service

MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED THEN I GET AN EMAIL TO INFORM ME THAT I HAVE BEEN FLAGGED FOR POTENTIAL FRAUD AND WAS ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY PASSPORT OR PIECE OF MY MAIL, NOW I CONTACTED MY BANK AND REPORTED THEM FOR TRYING TO GET MY INFO.

Hi Marie, As I explained in my email to you, you had attempted to pay for the order 5 times unsuccessfully, the 6th time was successful. The order was high value,nearly $200, so as you were a 1st time buyer our Merchant Services Provider advises that we ask for proof of identity especially as we couldn't find you in the Canadian White Pages either. This is standard practice,nothing unusual.
