i had a great experience with service the first time i ordered, the second time there was a minor mix up but over all i know freestyle xtreme has exactly what i need and that they are doing there best to provide a great ordering experience

Really happy with freestylextreme! Ordered a Osprey farpoint 80 bag on their website and I thought it was a good deal, one of the cheapest websites to purchase the bag online. After purchasing the bag I received an email where I could keep track of my order while it was in transit. The the order was shipped and it showed up at my door in a timely manner with no unexpected extra hidden fees, taxes or import duties. Shipping was also free because my order was over $100. Thank you freestylextreme!

I was not emailed a copy of my invoice which meant I had to email twice for information on my order. I was shocked at the amount I had to pay to pick up my package. When I purchased the product I was informed at the checkout I would have to pay local tax, I assumed 18%, so when it was $80 I was less than impressed. Perhaps you could offer an estimate of what has to be paid. I wouldn't have ordered these shoes if I'd known the cost involved.

Thanks for your review, all our emails are automated so the confirmation one with your order details possibly went to you spam/junk folder.
I am sorry we have no control over the charges imposed by Canadian Customs Agency but I would certainly question this charge as it does sound way too high,yes 18% is the norm plus a $10 admin fee from Canada Post, if you need any supporting documentation regarding your order please let us know.
We do have a Price Promise on our website so if you can find the shoes in the same currency on another website cheaper after the duty has been added we will refund you the difference :-

Best Place To Buy Shoes

Fast delivery
This was the only site I found that had the backpack my son wanted. I had reservations because I wasn't sure how long delivery would take. There were excellent tracking updates, and no surprise costs upon arrival. Overall a positive experience, and I would recommend to everyone!
