Great product and an even better customer service experience. The ORORO heated jacket feels high quality, keeps me warm, and works exactly as expected. I also had to contact customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with both the jacket and the support from the team.

We had a couple of hiccups with our order, however customer service was exceptional, helping us to remedy both issues. Clear communication and quick responses were greatly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

My family and I have several Ororo products and never had an issue with any of them till a few weeks ago when the power button of my vest started blinking. As it was still within the warranty period. I contacted customer service, provided them with the proof they required and within 1.5 weeks, I got a replacement. Kayla was wonderful and walked me through the process. Highly recommend their products. Not only are they amazing, the after sales customer service is just as phenomenal.

Had to call up a warranty on a Vest Power plug Issue.
Contacted warranty Department and Kelsey answered.
Sent her a picture of the issue and she had a replacement sent immediately. Received the replacement in 3 days. Couldn't be happier.
This kind of service is hard to come by.

One of the batteries did not charge properly. I sent a video of the problem to the company. They agreed and sent a new battery immediately. They didn’t expect me to go to the trouble of sending the flawed battery back. I appreciate their faith and quick service.

I ordered a vest for my husband (which he has not taken off since Christmas, he loves it) and gloves for my son. The gloves were too small so I had to exchange them. Neva in customer service was wonderful. The new gloves are arriving on Friday! We will be ordering more

I've owned a number of Ororo products now and always loved them, I've sent countless friends in this direction as well and everyone's been happy. I just recently experienced customer service to replace a vest that quite working within 2 years, and have nothing but great things to say about that experience as well!

We purchased a heated vest and misunderstood the universal charging block. Upon research we realize that it called for a specific charging block to expedite charging and not use a smaller block that got hot cause it took 10-12 hours to charge the battery.
Contacted customer service and my agent Lavinia was amazing and helped me get the right block and got it shipped to me relatively quickly.

Will definitely be buying more products from Ororo.
