Thanks for taking time to let your review.
Indeed, your first parcel got lost in transit by the carrier. You contacted us on the 26th to let us know you did not received it and we immediately sent you an exchange item. As you can imagine, it is complicated to follow the thousand of parcels we send every week and check every order to make sure they arrived safely. Our only solution is to be reactive when the customer contact us as you did. Again we are really sorry for that situation and we really tried to deal with it the best way we could, by sending you the parcel again with a little present.
I hope this situation will not keep you away from our online shop, where you will always be welcome.
