Ordered the aerial. Was difficult avoiding the add on purchase of the power supply, but managed it in the end.
It took 4 weeks to arrive, with no updates on delivery.
The instructions are minimal, but finally got it to work. HOWEVER this aerial will do nothing more than an existing aerial. You will NOT get any extra channels, and you must plug it into your normal aerial socket, not the satellite socket.
The advertising is misleading, since it hints at being able to cancel subscription channels. This is NOT true.
As an indoor set top aerial it works just as well as my existing installed aerial, but what is the point of that, I have a functioning aerial already? I was taken in by the advertising.

This product was advertised as a wonderful new kind of antennas.
It said it was military grade which made it so much better than others
This not true I order the special value 3 pack thinking I would get more channels I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY more channels than I get with the many Other antennas that I’ve tried already.THIS DOSE NOT WORK
I am really sadden about the false claims and trying to call is a real joke

SCAM! Got nothing not even a email to confirm my purchase, thought with it being on dragons den meant something but obviously not.
Paid with PayPal so hopefully they'll give me the money back failing that my card company will.

Ordered 15th October Amex debited 17th October No confirmation of order by Email. Sent 3 Emails about where order is ,,,no reply. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Amex investigating

just purchased a antenna from this company which cost £ 36.00 and once I went ahead with the purchase it automatically took out another £35.00 for a tv booster, It has made no difference to my tv channels which I received prior to purchasing this so called amazing antenna which its advert promised me that i would obtain sports channels and other channels which terrestrial tv doesnt give you.
My son just recently purchased the same system for £5 online.
I feel that I have beeen ripped of by this company which is a big scam.
I would like to warn other people of this scam.
I would like a full refund of moneys spent to this company

I count myself as quite savvy with internet scams but in this case I did not do my research.
Trying to cancel the order I realised that the telephone will never be answered
My emails will also not be answered
If anything is delivered I am quite sure reading other reviews that it will not work.
I always consider is it too good to be true and if it is then its a con. Didnt think in this case.

Antennen virker ikke og det er rent svindel, havde dog betalt Via paypal og har fået alle pengene retur efter ca 1 måned hvor jeg har skrevet frem og tilbage, og sjovt nok ligger deres hovedsæde i kina, men man skal mærkeligt nok sende den til Holland, men hvor de bruger bopæl i united kingdom meget mystisk allerede der..... MEN HOLD JER MEGET LANGT VÆK FRA DEN HER VIRKSOMHED, det virker ikke og er fake.

Schon ein Stern ist zuviel. Habe den Mist über den Paketdienst zurück geschickt, auf den abgebuchten Kaufpreis warte ich seit 2 Monaten. Angeblich liegt das Paket immer noch im Lager des Lieferdienstes (Hermes).Ich habe freenet tv mehrfach über e-mail angeschrieben. Aber von dort gibt es nur fadenscheinige Ausreden. Ich meine diese überteuerten Zimmerantennen sind reine Abzocke. Finger weg!!

They are scammers! Unacceptable experience!
You buy the product, you realize doesn`t work for you, you follow the return process and after they will telling you something like I don`t see your return in my system. Since more than 6 months I waiting for refund.

I got my antenna and amplifier yesterday plugged them in re tuned TV it loaded some channels but nowhere near what was claimed . BUT i contacted PAY PAL who repaid me in full the day after i placed my order. I agree with other people that before buying items it is best to check any reviews .

De l'escroquerie !!! Colis jamais reçu et ils ne rembourse pas.

Ne fonctionne pas! Arnaque. J ai commandé 3 boîtes. 1 sur 3 étaient emballées, les 2 autres sans film protecteur et abîmées comme si elles ont été utilisées! Inadmissibles, ca ne mérite aucune étoile!!!
J ai envie de me faire rembourser.
