der dreck kann nicht mal 1 sender empfangen! 20,- zollgebühr extra und kontakt über messenger und mail immer wieder die gleichen aussagen: "wir schicken keine rechnung per mail, der preis ist auf der bestellbestätigung ersichtlich....." die hab ich jedoch nicht erhalten, nur ein angebot für einen antennenverstärker. für mich klarer betrug aber selber schuld, hätt ich vorher bewertungen gelesen........

Pity I didn't think to look on here before unintentionally ordering one of these. I see this scam has been going on for some time, is there nothing to be done about them.

On 19th We ordered a single antenna from a reliable mobile news feed only to receive 4 separate email order confirmations for 2 antennas and 2 amplifiers. Strangely despite there being duplicated items they were priced differently. Unfortunately despite usually being diligent in ordering online we realised afterwards we had been scammed to the tune of £150. ALL orders were immediately cancelled via email advising the company that they had fraudulently taken monies from our credit card. Both freeseetv and trendy tech media appear to be the same company who do not respond to calls social media or email communication. Immediately contacted barclaycard who began a fraud investigation. 3 days later goods arrived with no delivery note or return address. Advised by Barclaycard to return goods immediately with proof of postage which we did to the PO Box number in the Netherlands. About 10 days later we received a very unprofessional email from freeseetv stating they had received the goods and would be processing a full refund. Barclaycard have been in contact today stating that the merchant has refunded alll 4 transactions in full. I can’t decide whether the good advice we got from trust pilot and being firm in our communication with the company has given us a favourable outcome or we have just been lucky!

Big scam, only checked to be nosey, before I knew it I'd bought two items, antenna and booster. It doesn't allow you to edit the shopping cart although it says you can before payment. Contact with the company is nil, attempted to get refund and make complaint to PayPal, they investigated but concluded in their eyes it's a legitimate transaction. I'm usually aware and careful of dodgy scams, but you got me, £75 lost. Oh by the way, both items do not work.

Absolute rubbish avoid this company.

I eventually got a refund for the antenna and booster. However, I was left with £22 postage costs, which this scam company will not honour, even though they sold a product that clearly doesn't work. You could get your money back by quoting distance selling regulations, which, as we are still a part of the EU, remain enforceable. It took a while and many emails to their substandard customer services for me to get a refund with postage deducted. Initially, I was offered a 30% discount (and re-offered this in a later email) and was told I could keep their rubbish, however, I responded by saying I wanted a full refund and didn't want to keep a useless item that would collect dust.

Also, open a dispute with PayPal (if you used PayPal to purchase the antenna). I believe you have 180 days from the purchase date to open a PayPal case. Definitely do this if you receive no response to emails etc from the company. I would not phone the customer services because of the astronomical phone charges, just email and keep trying for several days, if no response, or the response is unsatisfactory, then open a case with PayPal.

This company needs to be investigated and I'm sure there is something that trading standards can do. So, if you get no joy, then talk to your local trading standards, they may help or give you further advice.

Jeg bestilte en d 18 januar inden jeg fik læst her på trustpilot. Den afbestilte jeg samme dag og har ikk modtaget den endnu. Kan se den heller ikk er sendt endnu men de vil heller ikk sende pengene retur da den er pakket og gjort klar til at blive sendt, skriver de. Jeg synes sgu det er dårlig service. Har handlet der både 1 og sidste gang.

Completely useless,, do not buy....

ordered this then realized that these don't work in the uk tried to cancel but no reply item arrived in around 12 days plugged it in to tv auto tune no channels found, moved it around kitchen in different positions still no channels found gave up after 40 mins tried to send it back very difficult to get a reply from them after some days of waiting for return address only to find out its a post box address in the Netherlands and uk couriers will not deliver to PO boxs as you don't get a signature so i'm stuck with a piece of useless plastic and £35 down so avoid this scam company

Hätte ich bloß vorher die Bewertungen gelesen, dann wäre ich nicht auf so ein Ding hereingefallen. Habe diese Antenne getestet - nicht einen Sender kann man damit empfangen.
Dann brauche ich mir wohl auch keine Hoffnung machen das Geld zurück zu bekommen.
Also Fazit ! Finger weg von diesem Gerät!

A complete waste of time. I've got a better reception from an old aerial I bought from Poundland. I've read most of the other reviews and echo their sentiment. Complete rip off!

If you are still waiting for them to ship yours, try phoning them to cancel your order, I got part way through the process (had told their automated system i wanted to cancel and given the order number) it then said it was transferring me to an agent, kept telling me they were all busy.
About 10 minutes later I got an email to say they were shipping my order. This was only 7 days after I had placed the order!
I have already realized that the product is rubbish and am waiting for the product to arrive before I invoke the Paypal dispute resolution action. It seems to have worked for other people.

I purchased 3 Antennas and 3 booster's from this company on the 4th December 2018 they arrived on the 3rd Jan 2019 as soon as i opened the box i knew i have been scammed out of £120 . anyway put it all together and Tuned it into the TV and did a search i got 11 Channels and 2 of them were loosing the signal so really i got 9 working channels . I tried to call the number ( no answer ) after 10 attempts so i emailed them ( no answer ) i then found them on messenger and asked for a refund , they replied " we will offer you 30% discount , strange answer to my question , told them no i want a full refund and wanted their returns address , that was the last time i heard from them ( silence ) after many attempts to get their returns address i gave up , but before that i told them i was getting in touch with the Director in Canada about their silence and scamming people out of their hard earned cash , and also i was going to make a claim on MCOL (money claim online )to the courts and it would cost them £1000's of pounds in solicitors fees as i would not accept any mediation over the phone , i would get them in court , it would cost me £25 it would cost them Thousands , strangely enough i recieved an email tonight at 23.05 hrs with the returns address which is as follows

this company makes out they use Military Technology if that is true then we are xxxxed on our next war .
if you find yourself in the same position as me with no communication 1st thing to do is call your bank and reclaim the money paid to them explain to your bank there is no communication from them your bank should refund your money to you , if they don't refund you , then pay £25 to MCOL and get them in court don't back down you will get your money back in court in your own home town and it will cost them Thousands . I wouldn't even give this company ( - 100 ) they are the biggest scammers at the moment advertising on TV 1st thing tomorrow trading standards are getting a call from me , they should be jailed for what they are doing .STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM BUY A COAT HANGER you will get more channels

Appalling company to deal with. Customer services never answer the phones, and never return e mails. Still waiting to return my useless HDTV Arial. Don't buy one of these. Steer clear of this .Am taking it up with trading standards now to try and get my money back.

Ein Stern ist auch schon zuviel. Ist eine sehr unseriöse Firma. Die Antenne funktioniert gar nicht, welch Überraschung. Service zieht die Antworten so lange raus bis eine Rückerstattung nicht mehr möglich ist - 30 Tage. Frau T. Bre... vom so genannten Kundenservice ist völlig fehl am Platz, kann nicht mal die Fragen beantworten. Insgesamt eine Frechheit!!

What a waste of money doesn't do a tenth of what they say its one big rip off again wouldn't recommend it to anybody infact save your money ??

yes this is crap, WE should all text the ombudsman and complain, they can not be contacted on face book, email or phone

I would make it zero stars if the option existed. ITS RUBBISHT. I was suckered into it in the same way as the Dragons were too in DRAGONS DEN. I wounder how they feel now!
Again I bought 4 of them for my various TVs and my two children - HA HA - they do nothing at all and REFUND? - you must be joking ... cant make contact on phone at all and no reply to emails etc so suggest you use the option BUY a new one and then try that on the phone to try to talk to a "sh1*"!... don't buy it! They are scum and thieves in reality or possibly just con-artists if you want a fancy name for them.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered, when it arrived unpacked it only to find a flimsy piece of plastic with an aerial lead. Plugged it in and set it up and was told unable to receive any channels. Tried several times but to no avail. Now gone back to my normal aerial. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

my name is michael like many others never read the reviews i ordered a antenna on oct 18 received it the end of november I only ordered the antenna but received both the the antenna and the booster unit even though i received an sale invoice for only the antenna ilike many others ihave tried ti contact them both by phone and email twice by phone and at least ten times to no avail the antenna and booster unit is a complete waste of time and money time its a scam i have reported them to the trading standards please any body reading this dont buy from these people as you will be wasting your time and money
