Professional, efficient and friendly
We found our experience with Fox Group (Taunton) to be professional, helpful, supportive and highly efficient. We hadn't shipped items before so it was a huge learning curve and they guided us through the process, the packers from the UK side were professional, very efficient and friendly and the delivery to Europe was handled with equal efficiency and friendliness. The company just moved my son from Bude…
The company just moved my son from Bude and from the start they were extremely helpful. Nathan helped us arrange the move and the lads that did the packing were very friendly, polite and professional. We paid for them to do the packing which made everything so much easier. I would recommend Fox’s and will be using them again.

Helpful staff
Friendly, helpful service with very knowledgeable staff who are keen to make sure you are happy with all the arrangements. Extremely valuable especially when making a big international move which in itself can be quite stressful.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. The lorry arrived exactly on time. The two men James and Dem worked their way through each room methodically. There were a few problems with our sellers removers but Foxes sorted it out and all went well.
Nothing has been damaged or broken. I would recommend Foxes to everyone. Excellent service.

The A Team of removal companies!!!
What a pleasure it was to use such a professional and really helpful company. The service provided was first class from the moment they arrived to the moment they left! We used the packing service and everything was beautifully wrapped, the only item broken was a plate I dropped after unwrapping!! I highly recommend this company. The staff were so helpful, really going the extra mile! Special mention to Tom and Will, and the 2 guys that helped pack up the day before removal.

Barry and Mike were quality
Barry and Mike were quality, they worked there arses off and were so careful with our stuff. Very considerate with trying to keep the house clean, laid matte and film down. Overall couldn’t be happier.

From obtaining a quote right through to moving day the team at Fox were excellent. The two gents who moved us were great. They explained how the day would run and made the whole experience stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
