Excellent service from start to finish
Fox Group (Moving and Storage) Ltd in Stourbridge recently handled our family move from Lichfield, and I was on the receiving end in Birmingham. From beginning to end, their service was outstanding.
The team was incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My daughter found the staff easy to communicate with and very organised, and when everything arrived with me, the crew were just as friendly, efficient, and careful with our belongings.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers such consistently high-quality service on both sides of a move, but Fox Group absolutely did. We’re genuinely grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving and storage company.

Fox were fantastic for my house move
Fox were fantastic for my house move, from the surveyor visit to the day itself. They were highly professional and extremely efficient - they packed the entire contents of my house in to a lorry in an hour and a half!
They removed a whole level of stress from the moving process and took great care in getting all my belongings in to my new home. Thank you!

All of the team were great but Mick was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile, even when he was asked to move a pice of furniture several times.

First time using any sort of removals
First time using any sort of removals company and couldn't ask for a more professional and friendly team. The 3 guys that I dealt with were super helpful and considerate throughout the move. I would highly recommend them for moving house.

Can think of better things to do.
This was not a nice experience, we had to reschedule our move twice, on the day of the move the weather was terrible but Fox got us moved very efficiently. I would add that Fox weren’t responsible for us having to reschedule but were very helpful.

The guys who came to pack my house up were very professional and took great care of my furniture.
My house went into storage
The guys who delivered my things to my new house were also very professional and put everything where I asked .
