Good customer service and lovely clothes but their stock is bought from Aliexpress and sold on for much more money, would rather buy direct from there and save a bit of cost.

Expensive for the quality of the item
Expensive for the quality of the item. No free returns included so ended up paying about £5 in total for the shipping for it to arrive and returns. Il be sticking to Asos etc in the future.

Hi Hannah, Thanks for the feedback, however you do realise this is a small business? All info regarding returns is stated on the website - we are working on making returns free but at the moment it‘s not possible :( we’ve only been trading for a year, and still finding our feet. I’m sorry you were unhappy with the quality of the set you ordered, I’ll definitely be looking into this. However I can see you’ve been refunded already - something very few of the smaller online boutiques offer. Emma x

Pre ordered my dress and it arrived the other day, I absolutely love it! It’s amazing quality and exactly like it looks on the website. It arrived a little later than expected due to circumstances totally out of Emma’s hands but she kept my updated the whole way and even refunded my postage as a good will gesture! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be a return customer!!!

New favourite dress!
I ordered a dress on pre order and it took longer than I thought it was however when the dress arrived it was beautifully packaged in a box and the quality of the dress was amazing. Absolutely in love with it. For one of a kind special pieces I would definitely buy again. Can’t wait to wear it!

Amazing service! I wanted a dress that was out of stock so messaged them on Instagram on the of chance they had one spare. They did and sent it out straight away in time for my birthday! The dress was great quality when it arrived, Will definitely be shopping here again.

Designer quality & service without the price tag
Have bought a couple of dresses from FLS, always arrive on time in beautiful packaging & the dresses are such good quality!
I emailed the owner (Emma) and she helped me with sizes as I was unsure of on a dress as I wanted it to be a longer length on me, she was so helpful & lovely!!! Couldn’t have helped me more!
& when it came it was perfect!!!!!
She even checked up if I was happy with it!
Shows buying from a smaller company is more personable however the quality of the dresses & service are what you would expect from a designer!!!
Can’t recommend enough!!
