Distance purchase of a bumper after being assured that it would only require respray to correct colour. It was a peice of scrap. FCS have since variously described the condition, none of which match my photos. FCS have failed to provide visual proof of their quality assessment, FCS have disregarded legislation both Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation & Additional charges) Regulations 2013. They have withheld a portiion of the parts cost, their deivery and, having failed to arrange uplift, my delivery; this is in contravention of the 2013 regulations.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF FCS - DO NOT BUY WITHOUT SEEING

Extremely Poor Customer Service. My experience mirrored the other poor reviews on this site. An employee giving the name of Dave even told me they had far more important customers to deal with than me.
BUYER BEWARE do not under any circumstances purchase anything that requires posting out to a distance where you cannot return it personally.

Avoid this company - they are scam artists. They send out damaged, broken parts and then refuse to refund. They are well known in the industry for cheating customers - speak to anybody in the business. If they do cheat you contact your credit card company for a refund and add to the long list of complaints here

They supplied me a wrong part then made matters worse by being dishonest & saying you have the correct one in stock and told me they would send it to me immediately. I waited almost 2 weeks and this had still not arrived. They didn't answer my emails until I threatened to give them a bad review. Finally they called and admitted they never had the correct part to send me. They offered a refund, but only for the cost of the part and not their high admin & postage charge and I had to pay for the return postage for parts you supplied in error. I have read many reviews of people having the same experience and even when they returned items they have not received their refund. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a rear diff for a imported car, but before doing so we decided to call and check it was definitely for the import - we were assured it was. The wrong part came, it wasn't for an import. It took 7 phone calls over 2 days to talk to the 'parts man'. We ended up having to pay the shipping for the new part, as they would not admit it was their mistake! We were assured on the Wednesday the part would be delivered on the Friday - it wasn't. It was too late to call on the Friday so we called on the Saturday (assuming it would eventually come on Saturday). They said there was a mix up with the delivery it'll be there Monday. FINALLY it arrived Monday. We had no instructions to send back the other part so assumed it would be swapped. Driver had no knowledge of this, so we had to again ring them to arrange delivery. Another day spent waiting for the courier! Luckily we didn't have to pay for that one!! This was extremely stressful as we had very little time to fix the car before we left the country permanently. They were not apologetic in the slightest! Would never use this company again!

I orderd and paid for a brake sensor 9 days ago, I was told it would be with me within 3/4 days.
After 7 phone calls , im told to phone back tomorrow. I have asked for a refund, & told I have to pay a cancelation fee. I'm disappointed with foreign car spares, avoid these people.
3 Days later i spoke to a Mr kahn, he seemed helpful ! ,,He actualy phoned me back... but wait for it.. he asked for a further £20.00 for a wheel hub that i dont want, i said i just wanted a brake sensor, he said he cant get them apart, so if i wanted the sensor, i would have to have them both.
IM currently waiting for my money to be paid back, Not holding my breath.

Avoid this company. Shocking service. Received incorrect parts and told that it was my fault because the vehicle was an import. Silly me for thinking that a foreign car spares company could get foreign parts. Communication was terrible. It took in excess of 20 phone calls to get a refund which was not a full refund even though I had paid the postage to return the parts. Dishonest, poorly run, unorganised company.

Ordered a sensor through Parts Gateway ending up at Foreign Car Spares.
The sensor was proven to be faulty and duly returned. That was way back on the 30th May 2017. Did receive word from FCS that my mail giving the reason had been read but nothing since then. As of 18th September 2017 still waiting.
