I ordered a headlight just before the Easter bank holiday and it arrived the Wednesday after the holiday in plenty of time. The light was a great condition and was the correct part. Worked perfectly.

Currently £750 out of pocket after buying a part that I never received via this website ....beware it says all payments are secure and protected but this isnt exactly true.
They are a 3rd party company that you pay via there website but when any difficulties they doNt want yo help at all.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Lost the package in the post customers cars been took apart and been waiting on this got told be Thursday then be tuesday after Easter weekend then they said 24 hour to find it then FedEx has asked for 2 weeks to find package. Then now refund takes 5 to 7 working days...

The service was quick/reliable and got me sorted with the right part.

Saved £100's on replacement alternator for my Citroen Grand Picasso. A J Auto Spares were helpful on the phone to reassure me it would match the vehicle, and 3 weeks on it seems to be working fine.

Poor communication from seller. Sent a message to them on Whatsapp at 9am yesterday morning and they did not reply by end of business day. Because of this I bought the product somewhere else.

Paid £3000 for an engine. 2 weeks later still not arrived. Communication is absolutely appalling

My gearbox was in good condition working amazing, also gave us a dipstick free of charge very happy with the experience.

I have been searching for a part for my car for several months and 1st Choice spares were able to find one for me in a few days. Ordering was easy and part was delivered in reasonable timescale. Communication with the salvage company was not the best (they don’t return calls ) but still happy with overall service. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

⚠️ Bought a used gearbox from 1st Choice Spares UK Ltd with a 3-month warranty.
Failed in less than a month, and all attempts to contact them were ignored.
No support, no warranty honored—completely unacceptable. Don’t rely on them for after-sales service.

Bought an engine off here and when it got to my garage they refused to install it due to bad oil contamination in the coolant being an obvious sign that the head has a gasket issue or is warped/cracked. I ordered the engine as the one on my car had warped. Tried to get hold of the supplier from the beginning of December multiple times but was told everytime that the managers are busy and will get hold of me. 2 months later and still no one gets back when called so called up angrily demanding to speak to someone. FINALLY, someone spoke to me and refused to deal with it as I said "this is effing ridiculous" to which i was told to "suck my mum" by the manager there. The only time I got a response from the company is when I gave them a bad review... it seems they have the time to respond to google reviews to defend their bad business practices but not time to call thier customers back.
I've had no choice but to make a claim against them and take things through small claims court instead

Edit/response to claims of no report: i called 12 times to organise it but phonecalls didn't get past the front desk. Always told "someone will call back soon" but never did until I got angry about it and was told to "suck my mum". If i would have got through to someone I could have provided proof from my mechanic. The company is now asking for a report from a Volkswagen dealership which I have told them they are welcome to organise but it's thier liability so they must pay for it. Extremely unprofessional way to do business.

Very prompt response to request for Nissan part which seemed unavailable. Next day delivery and very satisfactory outcome in getting problem fixed
