I have purchased an engine and its not working properly I have called and spoke to the manager he has advised me that we can send him the engine at our cost but the engine is with in their 3months guarantee and the are not allowing a refund. They are good at the sales side and quick delivery but when it comes to refunds you will never see your money

Only 1 star because couldn't leave less please avoid at all costs they take your money with no intention of ever sending your goods then ignore you and say you are a nuisance absolutely disgusting even boasting they have contacts in trading standards which I'm inclined to believe given they are allowed to get away with it time and time again surely they are guilty of fraud but I'm told it's a civil matter what a load of bull if you want to give your money away give it to charity not these bunch of crooks

I gave my car as it had an issue with the gearbox, they "repaired" it however they used a faulty gearbox. They charged me £1350 saying they will fix my car however they didn't. They've had my car since February 2023, and only until yesterday 16th May 2023 they gave my car back unfixed. I requested for them to refund me however they kept refusing me, they've also scammed a numerous amount of others. I told him that I will contact the Trading Agency, however Dawood said he's got associates within the Trading Agency and nothing will happen to him. If this is true, it's not fair on the public at all and action should be taken. The owner Dawood also goes by the name Dave, during the months my car was at the garage I consistently phoned Dawood but he kept ignoring my calls and never phoned back. When I visited the garage to retrieve my car there was over a hundred more there, it seems like everyone else is having the same issue as me. Whoever else has experienced issues with this con man leave your number or email below and I will contact you and provide evidence against him.

Never buy from selling faulty parts and won't deal with warranty

Ordered a gear box and never turned up. Numerous calls they say it’s waiting to shipped in, after waiting 8 weeks I requested refund and they refused and were incredibly rude.
Please please don’t use these con men.

Dodgy people here to scam your money selling faulty parts not working all cowboys no qualifications or experience watchdog will soon get them even 1 star is not worth giving these lot

Have bought a motor for Mazda from them. After 6 weeks of waiting the motor arrived but had parts damaged. Contacted the company emediatelly but they kept finding exuses, promising to send a replacement. To this day ( onother 6 weeks) I have not received neither the replacement nor the money I paid. They conned me of £1260. Avoid buying anything from this company

Never purchase gearbox engine or other parts that you cannot check before buying.
Never trust this place they are cowboys who will sell you faulty products day night.

This bunch of crooks have given my son a FedEx tracking number that upon checking with FedEx they state they have not received into their system (says a lot!) so appears to be yet another LIE. My son has phoned them to be told by one of their number that (quote) 'the mistake we made was selling you the part' - AND THEN THEY HUNG UP. My son has now referred this matter to several authorities including the West Midlands Police, who are rather interested. I can only repeat the previous warning - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS GANG OF CON MEN OR YOU WILL LOSE ANY MONEY YOU PART WITH. DO NOT take any notice of so-called 'good' reviews - they are lies told on their behalf!

I ordered the part via 247 spares. It was meant to arrive within 4 days. When it didn't I emailed the company and tried to phone them. I always got an engaged tone after the initial menu on the phone. Then I discovered all the negative comments here and assumed I had lost my money. I opened a dispute with 247 spares. Next day the part arrived and it was fine, it was just a few days later than promised so I guess I can't really complain, except about the total lack of communication from the company. These days when ordering online one expects to be told the order has been received, its on its way etc. A total communication blackout does not fill one with confidence.

I would give them zero if i could.
They said they had the part in stock and charged my card with a promised delivery of 5 working days. After chasing the order up numerous times (around 30 calls) they finally admitted they did not have the part and said they would refund. Two months have now passed with no refund on my card and no part delivered. They don't answer my calls and if they do answer they leave my call on hold and we can hear them laughing in the background. Absolutely horrible experience.

Avoid avoid! Absolute cowboys. Completely took advantage of me and sent two different car doors that we're only fit for the scrap heap. Now refusing to refund me. Zero customer service, I was ignored and hung up on. Emails were not answered. Now being forced to take legal action.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ordered car door in silver, was told they had one in stock, correct colour and I would receive it in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and after many phone calls and having to send a picture of door, it arrived completely wrong colour (dark grey).
When I complained I was told its company policy is not to guarantee colour. This was NOT mentioned when they took the order and money. COMPLETE CON

After reading all the reviews after purchasing a rear bumper from these people I started to worry. I thought I had been scammed giving the reviews others had left. I rang foreign car spares and they assured me that they would send the bumper and that it was white as requested and gave me the FedEx tracking number. The bumper turned up a week later in great condition (better than my original bumper) and was correct colour thankfully. Thank you for my part foreign car spares

This is a con. They sent out a part which isn’t fit for purpose, then refused to give me a refund, constantly advising ‘gaz’ will phone you back. he never does. Steer clear of this company!

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. They sold us a wheel and promised delivery within 3 days. After 2+ weeks and several phone calls to various different staff (you rarely speak to the same person) it still never came, and was never going too despite the empty promises. To be fair we got our money back but only because we kept on at them, and let the manager know we expected a full refund. Its about time the local media exposed this firm for the lying, rip off merchants they are.

My rate is 1 star. WOULD LIKE THE OPTION OF ZERO STARS,,, F C S LTD Stole £620 from me that i paid for parts that were the wrong ones. They answer the phone and always say someone will call you back, but no one has called back yet. hope they will answer to small claims court!

Been waiting for a part that was paid for 14 days ago.After numerous correspondence with, Foreign Car Spares and assured many times it was ready to go the part has not been sent.
Lots of excuses including the they wanted me to pay more money for the delivery than what they had originally charged followed by COME COLLECT IT YOURSELF WE ARE NOT FAR AWAY.
I found that as I was purchasing a rear tailgate for a van for my elderly parents that was not an option as the original one was missing so unsafe to drive.
Have contacted them again today. The part is still there, they are refunding payment as I won't pay any more and was confronted by a very rude male on the end of the phone.
Currently going through citizens advice to get to trading standards.
Have reported them to 1st Choice Spares but no response.

Second hand parts are a gamble so all in all, I was pleased with the service, price and delivery of my RAV4 front hub from FCS. I was going to change the bearing but the existing one seemed OK so fitted it and did a 300 mile round trip without a squeek or rumble. It even had the lower ball joint attached and that went straight on too. Everything up and running sweet again...At least one happy customer here..keep it up guys.
