The user experience was well worked out. For some reason a number of insurance websites could not exactly place the car licence with the model. Ford did straight away.

Buying a new car
I have to say I did not have a great experience last time When I brought my car but this time around. Daniel helped me all the way through and did not mind how many questions I asked, and when I collected the car he didn’t just give me the keys and say here you go he explained all the things that the car can do. Can’t fault him at all.

Great Insurance Company
Ford Insure were an easy to use website. They insure electric cars so consequently moving from petrol to electric was not a problem. Price was good too.

We leased our car through Busseys Ford. They have been brilliant especially Peter Feltham who organised everything.
Peter kept explained everything to us and kept us up to date with the delivery times. Upon collection Peter spent time to explain as much as possible about the car. Thank you.
