Terrible outfit. Typical of today’s supply chain. Take the money upfront, promise a delivery date & then constantly let you down when you chase them - when you contact them they take days to respond - never call you always e mails - once they finally committed to a date, 2 days before the delivery date they e-mailed at lunchtime to say the order wouldn’t be ready for another 6 weeks - on the e-mail they said they would follow up with a phone call - still waiting for that call
My advice avoid at all costs

Mo was brilliant from the start. We had a really tight schedule, and he was so responsive and thoughtful and did everything he could to work around our timings. It made the whole moving and renovation process so much easier for us.

The flooring itself was fitted absolutely beautifully by Dean from Ravenfield Flooring. Dean was detail-oriented and took real care with the finishing, making sure every edge was neat and perfectly done. He also worked incredibly hard, putting in 12-hour days just to make sure everything was finished in time before our moving day. Despite the tight schedule, the flooring came out beautifully, and everyone who has seen it has had only good things to say. I really can’t praise the workmanship enough.

Most importantly, my old pug, who has IVDD, can finally walk around without worrying about slipping, which means so much to us.

We’re so pleased with the flooring and really grateful to Mo and Dean for all their help. Fantastic workmanship, lovely people and genuinely great service.

We have fitted Floors For Paws flooring throughout the whole of our downstairs. My partner has installed it himself and says it is lovely to fit (he is a DIYer) I absolutely love it for how it looks, feels and especially the dogs safety. We had the Charnwood and Whiteleaf which is a lovely colour. I would 100% recommend. Customer service and delivery especially also brilliant

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Floors for paws. Our old floor was so scratched and slippery for our Rottie and now it looks amazing! Everyone we dealt with so friendly and professional and we highly recommend and order again in the future

I had Floors for Paws LVP installed throughout the upstairs bedrooms and staircase of my cottage to help my elderly dog, who was struggling with slippery floors and getting up safely. The flooring has made a huge difference to his confidence and mobility, and it's also incredibly practical, as any 'accidents' can be cleaned up quickly and easily.

I first came across Floors for Paws through the Canine Arthritis Management (CAM) website, which recommends the product. After listening to a podcast with CAM and Mo from Floors for Paws explaining the benefits for dogs with reduced mobility, I decided to go ahead.

From start to finish, Floors for Paws were excellent. Mo and Zoe were knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. The installer they recommended, Dean White, did a superb job. Dean worked incredibly hard each day, tackled my complicated staircase with great skill, and the finished result is outstanding.

Overall, I'm delighted with both the product and the service. Thank you to Mo, Zoe and Dean for making the whole process so straightforward. I'm so pleased I decided to go ahead. Well worth the investment.

I've never sent a thank-you card to a flooring company before, but Floors For Paws got one!

I run a rescue for disabled and difficult cats, and many of them have mobility issues, especially being wobbly on their feet. It's not practical to have carpet everywhere anymore because unsurprisingly it's been pretty roundly wrecked by the cats, but I was really worried about how hard flooring would affect their mobility.

Floors For Paws has been the answer for us. Their flooring is really grippy but also so hardwearing and practical. We still have lots of rugs because wobbly cats fall down a lot, but having hard-yet-grippy flooring underneath has been absolutely perfect for our needs.

In addition, the team has been so, so kind and helpful, answering all our questions and delivering bang on time. We've done three rooms with their products so far and will definitely be back for the others. Pray for me when we do the biggest room, it's full of furniture and cats 😆

Floors for paws was recommended by a fellow behaviourist, both of us regularly see behavioural issues associated with pain & injury caused by slippery flooring, floors for paws was an obvious choice.

I also have joint hyper mobility and having a great non slip surface is greatly reassuring getting out of the shower or in the kitchen . A great job well done!

Fitter, Ian, was very helpful and did a very professional job. Considering the flooring was for the kitchen diner it was coordinated by Mo quickly and efficiently.

We chose f4p when we moved house 7 years ago. Best decision we ever made. Two active dogs, grandchildren and assorted furniture movement have not even slightly impacted on this flooring. Great range to choose from. We were even sent a list of people in the area who could lay it for us. Great service.

Excellent service, communication, help and advice. Returned emails and phone calls promptly. From ordering to delivery and fitting the whole process was seamless. Looking forward to moving back in, once kitchen fitted, with my two Labradors.

We went for DIY install on the Pawsafe Domestic range. The underlay supplied was great and made the installation job far easier. We are so pleased with the end result, it looks great and is so much less slippy than other ranges such as Karndean. Highly recommended.

Everyone at FloorforPaws has been fantastic (special thanks to Mo for being so responsive and understanding on email), we needed a new floor and with an older dog who doesn't tolerate slippery floors we are delighted that we made this choice, she is very happy and so are we, and it looks great, you wouldn't know that we have a "specially for dogs" floor. Jon the fitter was brilliant and a big hit with our dog Skylar!

Really pleased with our new flooring, it fits seamlessly with our kitchen tiled floor. Our mini dachshund Lily loves it, she can zoom around the furniture without slipping and sliding. Mo was really helpful and customer service was excellent.

This is the second time we’ve done business with Floors for paws and we are, once again, delighted with the quality of the materials, the care and support given by Mo snd his team and the professionalism of our fitter.

Friendly and helpful from first contact. Zoe sent good sized samples to help us make our choice. We decided to do kitchen, hallway and lounge. We are so pleased with the finished result. The fitter Andy was brilliant and very helpful. He even moved a piano for us to complete the job in the lounge. The piano didn’t even make one little mark on the floor with its incredible weight. The flooring is extremely tough and looks very realistic. Daisy, the madcap Bichon who has had two lots of knee surgery is also very pleased! She is far more stable in her footings now and has not scratched its surface. We are so pleased because she had absolutely trashed the wooden flooring we had previously. We would highly recommend this flooring to anyone who has a dog. Thank you to Mo, Zoe and the team.
