We contacted Pritchards to replace a faulty water softener having been impressed by their reviews. Jake offered advice on selecting a replacement and came very quickly to supply and install it removing the faulty softener and leaving the house in a very tidy state. Jake is most pleasant and very professional. We had full confidence in him throughout and would use Pritchards again in the future. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My water tank leaked with water coming through the bedroom ceiling. Jake acted quickly to source a new tank and fitted it the next day - a Saturday - to ensure that I had water and heating as quickly as possible . He sorted out the problem effectively, ensured that everything was spotless in my house afterwards and was extremely personable.

I was recommended Pritchards plumbing over a year ago. Jake has installed a towel rail for us previously & yesterday serviced the boiler & replaced an expansion tank on the system. He is 100% reliable, explains what the issues are, extremely neat & tidy and I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy to recommend Pritchards. Called at 8 on Saturday morning as boiler not working, Jake arrived at time promised. Unfortunately boiler needed replacing, Jake gave me options and I decided it needed replacing. New boiler fitted within 72 hours, old one taken away and everything left immaculate. The service that Jake & Jack from Pritchard’s Heating & Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. It started with an urgent evening call out due to a water leak. I was clearly told what the cost would be to attend, someone arrived within the hour, identified the problem, and advised on a solution. Since then, Pritchard’s have replaced my very old pressurised hot water tank, replaced the radiator values, and serviced the boiler. Everything was clearly explained, the work was completed to a high standard and there were no hidden costs. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
