Mark was fantastic from start to finish. He provided a clear quote for the work, which included converting our system to a combi boiler, installing new radiators and altering some pipework. He was helpful, quick to answer any questions and incredibly tidy throughout. It is clear that he takes real pride in his work which is reflected in it's quality. We would highly recommend him!

Mark planned out the whole process from quote, to dates for installation. When on site Mark updated us throughout the boiler installation progress day by day. He was also able to recommend options with the system and additional work such and upgrades and new radiators in the future. Neat, tidy and quality installation. Mark was very thorough when walking me through the options for a new boiler. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He was transparent about where there might be additional cost and where issues could occur as we were moving over from a storage boiler to a combi. He completed the job within the timeframe he gave us, was professional and tidy and we are very happy with our new boiler, a BOSCH which comes with a 12 year warranty! It's also nice to be able to support a local business.

I’ve been having problems with my water pressure in addition to having fluctuating temperature throughout my flat since moving in.

I’ve had a few plummers and tradesman look at it and have not had any solutions, many indicating it’s likely a boiler issue.

Mark came in, informed me that he thought it was an issue with the pressure valve and pipe work and recommended I do that first as it would save me splashing out for a new boiler. Lo and behold, he was in and out in under an hour and both have resolved! It’s been a relief to now have water that doesn’t feel like it’s coming out a watering can.

If I had any issues in the future, I’d be sure to give Mark a ring!

Mark from Safe Gas made choosing the right boiler replacement extremely easy and straight forward, on the site visit he happily listened to all our needs and give us all the option available and advise on which systems to consider, quote for work was also received quickly. During the instal days Mark kept me updated on the progress of the work, made sure I was happy with the way pipes were running and the equipment was positioned.
Very happy with all the worked that was carried out and Mark made sure everything was as tidy as when he started.

Safe Gas Heating & Plumbing provided a satisfactory service when installing my new boiler. Mark was professional and arrived on time. Although the work was done within the quoted timeframe, the service did not exceed expectations. The installation was efficient, but there wasn’t anything remarkable. Overall, the service was decent, earning a solid three stars.

I called Mark in February when we had no hot water or heating and our 20 year old boiler had just died. He came out the same day and was transparent about the costs from the off and was fair with his pricing. He rescheduled other appointments so he could come back 2 days later to replace our boiler so we could get the heating and hot water back on and did a great job with a follow up to check all was okay. Highly recommend
