First time we have made contact with this company, and what a pleasant surprise. We were merely testing the water in relation to the trip of a lifetime, and the detailed information supplied by Josie Gough was incredible and made our decision very easy.
We cannot recommend the services of Josie and Flight Centre UK highly enough. It certainly will not be the last time we use them.

The representative Carol was extremely helpful, listened to what we were trying to put together in terms of flights our flexibility and need to obtain a competitive price, and within 48hrs we were able to agree an option that met our needs.
Our only disappointment was that Japan Airlines working conjunction with Finnair and whist we were able to book our seats on Japan Airline flights, Finnair required additional payments if you wanted to book your seats, even in Premium Economy
This however was outside the control of the representative

I dealt with Imogen Altman who was incredibly quick and efficient, saving me hours of work for a complicated six flight trip and I know saved me a load of money.

My travel agent found the ideal flight for me and my husband. She reassured me that I would not incur extra costs when I arrive at the airport. I was also reassured that I would have enough time to board the connecting flight.

Really rate the Flight Centre - great to have peace of mind for long-haul travel; have gotten me and my family out of some close calls before (getting out of NZ before lockdown borders shut, a last-minute cancelled flight in Peru etc). Imogen very helpful and efficient!

I don't normally namecheck individual employees when reviewing companies which have given exceptional service since Trustpilot discourages the practice, but as others have done so here I'll break the habit and say what a superb job Greg at Eastcheap did in arranging flights, hotel accommodation and motorhome hire for our trip to NZ and Australia. The lengths he went to to get to know us and pitch each of the various elements of the tour at exactly the correct level was incredibly impressive. Can't wait for our next adventure ! Neil & Ann
